Eolie sostenibili Abstract di Pietro Pizzuto Le Eolie rappresentano un esempio straordinario di diversità ecologica, paesaggistica e naturalistica. La loro origine vulcanica ha fortemente condizionato la struttura del paesaggio vegetale e delle comunità biologiche. Anche la presenza dell’uomo, insediatosi nelle isole intorno alla fine del V millennio a.C., ha profondamente influenzato l’assetto del territorio. Il principio di autodeterminazione dell'individuo trova il suo fondamento nel dettato costituzionale e,in riferimento al diritto alla salute,si traduce nella possibilità di rifiutare le cure e di scegliere di "lasciarsi morire". Al di là di un difficile e forse non opportuno intervento del legislatore, la Corte di Cassazione ne ha disegnato i caratteri nel noto caso Englaro, avvicinandosi alla soluzione prospettata dal giudice tedesco in un caso simile, giudice che, diversamente, ha potuto fondare la sua decisione oltre che sul principio costituzionale della tutela della dignità umana, sulla legislazione vigente.

The increasing request for classic foods has led to a higher demand for cheeses enjoying a “recognition of quality” status. This phenomenon has also affected Sicilian dairy products, in particular protected designation of origin (PDO) “Vastedda della valle del Belìce” (VdB), a cheese traditionally available only during the summer season, but requested year round. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts, ar kādiem mākslinieciskajiem līdzekļiem Vilis Lācis (1906–1966) veido tēlus romānā „Zvejnieka dēls” un kā šie tēli tiek atainoti romāna ekranizācijās 1939. un 1957. gadā. Vilis Lācis ir latviešu rakstnieks, kurš savu popularitāti lasītāju vidū ieguva ar romānu „Zvejnieka dēls”. Vēlākajos gados – padomju okupācijas laikā – V. Lācis aktīvi sāk darboties politikā un izrādīt savu atbalstu padomju ideoloģijai, tieši šī iemesla dēļ V. Lācis latviešu literatūras vēsturē ir kļuvis par vienu no neviennozīmīgāk vērtētajiem latviešu autoriem. Bakalaura darbā aplūkota gan V. Lāča literārā darbība, gan veikta romāna un filmu tēlu izveides analīze.
Constant sign and nodal solutions for parametric anisotropic $(p, 2)$-equations

We consider an anisotropic ▫$(p, 2)$▫-equation, with a parametric and superlinear reaction term.Weshow that for all small values of the parameter the problem has at least five nontrivial smooth solutions, four with constant sign and the fifth nodal (sign-changing).
