Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Uzņēmumu "Circle K", "Neste" un "Virši-A" lojalitātes programmas un to novērtējums”. Darba mēr is ir veikt uzņēmuma «Circle K», “Neste” un «Virši-A» komunikācijas analīzi par lojalitātes programmām un klientu vērtējumu par uzņēmumu veiktajām klientu lojalitātes veicināšanas aktivitātēm.
