One strategy for promoting SGM visibility and inclusion within medicine is the development of institutional OutLists, which are online, opt-in lists of SGM-identified individuals affiliated with an academic institution. We present the first quantitative evaluation of publicly accessible OutLists at medical institutions in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Boundary value steady solutions of a class of hydrodynamic models for vehicular traffic flow

This paper deals with the solution of a boundary value problem related to a steady nonuniform description of a class of traffic flow models. The models are obtained by the closure of the mass conservation equation with a phenomenological relation linking the local mass velocity to the local density. The analysis is addressed to define the proper framework toward the identification of the parameter characterizing the model. The last part of the paper develops a critical analysis also addressed to the design of new traffic flow models.

We define a class of languages (RCM) obtained by considering Regular languages, linear Constraints on the number of occurrences of symbols and Morphisms. The class RCM presents some interesting closure properties, and contains languages with holonomic generating functions. However, cognitive psychology shows that mistakes are made when the persons face complex problems, such as those faced when making a diagnosis, especially if time or resources are limited.
