This viewpoint was stimulated by two observations: 1) the statistical skewness whereby numerous articles have reported tendon stiffness and Young9s modulus, but far fewer have reported tendon hysteresis; 2) in vivo human studies seem very often to report hysteresis values greater than 10%, suggesting either that there are methodological differences between human and animal studies, or that human tendons have a much poorer capacity to store and reutilize elastic energy. Summary The treatment of the painful osteomyelitis in patients with SAPHO syndrome (Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis, Osteitis) is often a problem. A 53-year-old woman had experienced palmo-plantar pustular skin lesions for four years, and in the past two years complained about progressive breath-and movement-dependent pain of the sternum. On examination she had extensive palmoplantar pustules and a painful swelling in the area of the right sternoclavicular joint. In rheumatology the so-called "seronegative spondarthritis" is a group of diseases characterized by the presence of HLA-B 27. This group includes the typical ankylosing spondylitis as well as atypical spondylopathies such as those occurring in psoriasis, Reiter's disease and chronic inflammatory enteropathies, which attack mainly the spine and secondarily the peripheral joints. In some severe cases, non-infectious, sterile spondylodiscitis was observed. These can lead to instability and fracture, followed by pseudarthrosis of the involved segment of the spine. Background During the stance phase of running, the elasticity of the Achilles tendon enables the utilisation of elastic energy and allows beneficial contractile conditions for the triceps surae muscles. However, the effect of changes in tendon mechanical properties induced by chronic loading is still poorly understood. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wątków pamięci społecznej, które z jednej strony opierają się na indywidualnym, potocznym doświadczeniu jednostki, z drugiej umieszczane są w społecznie wynegocjowanych ramach pamięci zbiorowej. Artykuł ten wpisuje się również w dyskusję nad miejscami pamięci i ich możliwą treścią - wykraczającą poza podtrzymujące pamięć zbiorową muzea, pomniki, upamiętniające tablice czy cmentarze - realizowaną w codziennym życiu jednostki. Przedmiotem analiz jest pamięć społeczna mieszkańców Wrocławia, ich konstrukcje światów społecznych opierające się na przestrzeni miasta obciążonej obcą kulturowo „pamięcią nieobecnych”.

Analizowany materiał empiryczny składa się z osobistych dokumentów – wypowiedzi mieszkańców Wrocławia spisanych i zgłoszonych na konkurs „Czym jest dla ciebie miasto Wrocław” w 1966 roku. Najważniejszym elementem tej opowieści o powstaniu miasta jest postać pioniera, którego wizerunek ukształtował się jak mityczny bohater. Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone zostało problematyce wniosku prokuratora o zmianę lub uchylenie prawomocnego postanowienia o stwierdzeniu nabycia spadku. Ingerencja prokuratora w postępowanie cywilne ma charakter wyjątkowy. Jest ona uwarunkowana potrzebą ochrony praworządności. Natomiast postępowanie cywilne służy zaspokajaniu interesów prywat-nych. W opracowaniu wskazano na istotę instytucji wzruszenia prawomocnego postanowienia spadkowego. Przedstawione zostały ogólne zasady uczestnictwa prokuratora w postępowaniu cywil-nym.
