L'articolo analizza in dettaglio la disciplina della revoca dello stato di liquidazione di cui all'art. 2487-terc.c. Sebbene l'introduzione di tale norma nel 2003 abbia avuto il merito di sancire in modo chiaro e definitivo la revocabilità dello stato di liquidazione delle società di capitali, molti altri aspetti restano ancora in ombra. Impact of external costs of unplanned supply interruptions on water company efficiency: Evidence from Chile

Abstract Conventional performance assessments of water companies ignore the external costs due to water supply outages. To overcome this gap, we evaluate the impact of external costs of unplanned supply interruptions on the efficiency of water companies. Two efficiency metrics, internal technical efficiency (ITE), and total technical efficiency (TTE), were estimated based on data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results evidence that the external costs of unplanned water supply interruptions impact, on average, 7.9% of the efficiency of water companies. We also explored the impact of a set of environmental variables on water company efficiency.

Il saggio esamina il sistema delle regole che ineriscono la gestione della forza lavoro nell’impresa sequestrata o confiscata per metterne in luci pregi e criticità. La ricerca mette in particolare in luce i limiti della tesi che fa leva sulla prevalenza della disciplina contenuta nell’art. 56 del d.lgs. n. 159/2011 sulle regole generali. Il tema è indagato attraverso materiale giurisprudenziale in parte inedito e una valutazione critica del ruolo del sindacato.
