Iesaistes darbā saistība ar stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām

Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot iesaistes darbā un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju saistības un kuras abu mainīgo skalas ir ciešāk savstarpēji saistītas. Kādas stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijas tiek izvēlētas pie lielākas iesaistes darbā. Pētījumā piedalījās 73 respondenti: 52 sievietes un 21 vīrietis, vecumā no 23-50 gadiem. Pētījumā izmantoju divas aptaujas, Utrehtas darba iesaistes skalu ( UWES) īso versiju (UWES-9, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale , Shaufeli & Bakker, 2003) un Īso stresa pārvarēšanas aptauju (The Brief Coping Orientation for Problem Experiences Inventory, Carver, 1997). Tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin, onko stressinhallintakeinoilla (tilanteen muuttaminen, mukautuminen, uudelleenarviointi, oireiden vähentäminen ja välttely) yhteyttä vanhemmuustyytyväisyyteen ja onko yhteys samanlaista korkean ja matalan vanhemmuuden stressin tilanteessa. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin myös, eroavatko paljon ja vähän vanhemmuuden stressiä kokevien käyttämät stressinhallintakeinot toisistaan sekä selvitettiin, millaisia stressinhallintakeinoja käyttävät paljon vanhemmuuden stressiä kokevat vanhemmat. Tässä tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin stressinkäsittelykeinojen vaikutusta työhyvinvointiin (emotionaalinen energia, työn imu, työtyytyväisyys, perhe-työ - sekä työ-perhe -vahvistaminen) terveys- sekä palvelusektoreilla positiivisen psykologian näkökulmasta sekä koko aineistolle että ikäryhmittäin (18-28, 29-45, 46-55, 56-69). Tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin lisäksi, minkälaiset strategiat olivat yhteydessä työssä koettuun hyvinvointiin ja olivatko nimenomaan ongelmasuuntautuneiden keinojen yhteydet työhyvinvointiin positiivisia ja välttelyn yhteydet negatiivisia. This chapter focuses on an Arts-Based Intervention (ABI) into an Introductory course of Management and Leadership offered to students considering key concepts and frames of thinking in the field for the first time. First, we introduce Kaleidoscopic Pedagogy and conceptually frame our ABI in relation to the mode of learning that it allows for together with the drive for equality that it is concerned with. We then introduce the context of the ABI, describe the course and its background and the course facilitators together with information about the participants. La dermatoscopia, o microscopía de epiluminiscencia, es una técnica diagnóstica in vivo no invasiva que permite visualizar estructuras morfológicas como el pigmento y los vasos no detectables a simple vista. Se convierte así en el puente entre el examen clínico macroscópico y el análisis anatomopatológico. Posiblemente la dermatoscopia podría ayudar a identificar lesiones tumorales muy incipientes o recidivas en estadio inicial, lo que permitiría un tratamiento precoz.
