Sporta komandas pārvaldības lietotne

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt sporta komandas pārvaldības lietotni, kuru var izmantot gan treneri, gan sportisti, lai atvieglotu darbu ar komandu individuālajos sporta veidos. Lietotne ir paredzēta, lai treneri varētu viegli izveidot treniņus sportistiem, kā arī piefiksēt datus priekš vēstures, lai varētu pēc laika atskatīties uz paveikto. Lietotnes izstrādē tika izmantota ASP.NET MVC Core 3.0 tehnoloģija un ietvari jQuery, Bootstrap, jQueryUI, KnockoutJS, un valodas C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
Projektu un klientu moduļa izstrāde personālvadības sistēmā

Kvalifikācijas darbā "Projektu un klientu moduļa izstrāde personālvadības sistēmā", izstrādāti tīmekļa lietojumprogrammas "Tildes Jumis Personāls" projektu un klientu moduļi, kas personālvadības sistēmas lietotājiem ļauj sistēmā reģistrēt projektus un klientus, kā arī reģistrētos projektus sasaistīt ar sistēmā reģistrētajiem klientiem un darbiniekiem un to amatiem. Izstrādātie moduļi ir sistēmas funkcionalitātes papildinājumu pirmais etaps, un tos tālāk paredzēts izmantot, lai sistēmas lietotājiem nodrošinātu iespēju norakstīt darbinieku darba stundas pa projektiem. Moduļu izstrādē izmantotās tehnoloģijas ir Angular, Microsoft .NET Core, DevExtreme.

Kristapa Cjaputas maģistra darba galvenais mērķis ir izpētīt ASP.NET Core ietvaru, lai šo tehnoloģiju pielietotu praktiskas lietojumprogrammas izstrādē, kuru varētu darbināt gan uz Windows, gan uz Linux serveru platformām. Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros tika veikta divu apdrošināšanas sistēmas komponentu modernizācija uz .Net Core standartu, saglabājot esošo funkcionalitāti. Izstrādātās komponentes nodrošina iespēju sistēmas administratoram apskatīt esošas sistēmas lietotājus, veidot jaunus lietotājus, pārvaldīt lietotajā grupas un lomas, ka arī sistēmas lietotajam apskatīt polises apdrošināšanas atlīdzības un tai pievienotus failus. JIRA platformas pieteikumu vizualizācijas sistēma

Kvalifikācija darba ietvaros tika izveidota sistēma, kas spēj attēlot JIRA platformas kanban paneļus daudz uzskatāmākā veidā. Sistēmas administratoriem ir iespēja izveidot prezentācijas no sev interesējošiem paneļiem, lai varētu vieglāk sekot līdzi projektu norisei. Sistēma sastāv no divām daļām – servera puses, kurā tiek veikti pieprasījumi no JIRA platformas un apstrādāti saņemtie dati, kā arī lietotāja puses, kurā tiek attēlotas paneļu prezentācijas, kā arī administratoriem pieejamā prezentāciju rediģēšana un statistika. Projektu veidoja divi LU studenti, katram atbildot par vienu no divām daļām.

Empowerment comes at a time when global competition and change require people to take initiative and be innovative. Based on the active, persistent, and change-oriented behaviors associated with psychological empowerment, the chapter states that empowerment can contribute to entrepreneurship. The dimensions of empowerment that suggest a theoretical and empirical link with entrepreneurial behavior are discussed. Several propositions regarding the interplay between empowerment and entrepreneurship are formulated. Happy and proactive ?:The role of hedonic and eudaimonic well-being in business owners’ personal initiative

This two-year study with 122 business owners examined the link between affective well-being and task-oriented as well as relationship-oriented personal initiative (PI). We tested two complementary models explaining the link between well-being and PI: (1) broaden-and-build theory and (2) self-regulation as limited resource approach. In line with current research on well-being, we differentiated between hedonic and eudaimonic well-being using life satisfaction and vigor as indicators. Hierarchical regression analyses showed that only vigor predicted both forms of PI. In the present research study, a simple method was developed for the synthesis of three-dimensional flowerlike Fe3O4@Bi2O3 core–shell with g-C3N4 sheet nanocomposites. The X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, transmission electron microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer, dynamic laser scattering analyzer and UV–Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy were employed for the characterization of structure, purity and morphology of the resultant samples.
