The peak stress method (PSM) is an engineering, finite element (FE)-oriented method to rapidly estimate the notch stress intensity factors by using the singular linear elastic peak stresses calculated from coarse FE analyses. The average element size adopted to generate the mesh pattern can be chosen arbitrarily within a given range. Originally, the PSM has been calibrated under pure mode I and pure mode II loadings by means of Ansys FE software. In the present contribution, a round robin between 10 Italian universities has been carried out to calibrate the PSM with 7 different commercial FE codes. El Mercosur tiene establecido un procedimiento obligatorio de solución de controversias comerciales entre los Estados miembros. Los laudos arbitrales que se dicten son de obligado cumplimiento. Para el caso en el que un Estado miembro no cumpla un laudo arbitral, el Estado afectado le puede imponer unilateralmente medidas compensatorias para garantizar el cumplimiento del laudo. Al estudio de esta posibilidad se dedica este trabajo.

Cadastral marks constitute a dense source of information for topographical surveys required to update cadastral maps. During 2020, the Mediterranean Sea was again the testing ground for migration flows from North Africa and the Middle East to Italy, Greece and Spain. 2020 was also a complex year due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The widespread availability of Continuosly Operating Reference Station (CORS) all over the world, allows to improve more scientific and technical studies on the use of satellite positioning techniques. The aim of this paper is to understand the effects of a GNSS CORS network geometry and differential corrections on the solutions.
