il saggio introduce il testo mettendo in evidenza come le grandi tematiche dell'urbanistica contemporanea non riguardano più l’addizione di nuove parti alla città, ma essenzialmente il riuso di aree urbane che, per varie vicende, vengono a degradarsi o che occorre che cambino destinazione e forma. Per queste ragioni i temi dell’emergenza e delle ricostruzioni costituiscono occasione di riflessione per futuri approcci che permettono alla disciplina del pianificare di acquisire nuove visioni e nuovi approcci teorici. I casi della ricostruzione successiva ai terremoti e dell’edilizia sociale forniscono quindi temi di grande interesse per futuro della disciplina urbanistica.

A Quantitative Analysis of the Thermoelastic Effect in CFRP Composite Materials

In this study the thermoelastic signal from carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) laminates is investigated. A comparison between the theoretical and experimental values of the thermoelastic signal is reported, with the theoretical predictions obtained from two different quantitative models. These models are based on the classic thermoelastic effect law extended to the case of orthotropic materials (by using the mesomechanical or bulk approach), and the modified law assuming that the surface resin-rich layer behaves as a strain witness of the laminate. It begins with Section 1, which shows the calculation of the resistance to motion, that is, the forces that the vehicle must overcome to advance on flat roads and uphill. Tanto los no-personajes y los no-lugares macedonianos, como los multiformes, cambiantes e indefinidos seres que pueblan las Historias de Cortázar se presentan como burlas metafísicas. El recorrido de deconstrucción y simulación que Macedonio empieza en sus textos parece alcanzar en la obra de Cortázar su ápice: de una escritura anti mimética y de un sistema autorreferencial se pasa a la posibilidad de ver la otra realidad que se esconde más allá de nuestra visión del mundo, el misterio que hace vacilar certezas seculares, el origen primero de la interminable búsqueda humana de la verdad.

ANALISI DELLE TENSIONI RESIDUE NEL VETRO MEDIANTE LA FOTOELASTICITÀ CON FRANGE DI RIFERIMENTO

L’analisi delle tensioni residue nei vetri viene di solito effettuata con metodi fotoelastici dato che il vetro è un materiale birifrangente. Questa memoria considera l’automazione del cosiddetto "test fringes” metodo che si basa sull’impiego di un compensatore di Babinet o di un provino inflesso. In particolare si propongono due metodi automatici basati sull’impiego del metodo del centro frangia in luce monocromatica e sull’impiego della fotoelasticità RGB in luce bianca. I metodi proposti possono efficacemente sostituire i metodi manuali.
