Pārliecināšanas komunikācijas paņēmieni “Telegram” kanāla “Vakcīnrealitāte Latvijā” saturā

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt izplatītākos pārliecināšanas komunikācijas paņēmienus, kas izmantoti Latvijā populārākajā vakcīnu pretinieku Telegram kanāla “Vakcīnrealitāte Latvijā” autoru publikācijās laika posmā no 2022. gada 1. janvārim līdz 2022. gada 31. janvārim. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas pārliecināšanas komunikācijas teorijas, dezinformācijas pirmsākumi un attīstība, kā arī aktuālākie tās mazināšanas paņēmieni. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek skaidrots arī propagandas jēdziens, globālā tīmekļa un sociālo tīklu platformu loma dezinformācijas izplatīšanā, kā arī apskatītas vārda brīvības robežas dezinformācijas mazināšanas centienos. Objective: Stereotyped beliefs about schizophrenia are well-established in the society and relatively common among healthcare professionals and students. The aim of this study was to investigate the opinions about the causes, treatment, and outcome of schizophrenia among healthcare students. Method: Undergraduate nursing and psychology students completed selected items of the Opinion on Mental Illness Questionnaire after reading a clinical vignette of undiagnosed schizophrenia. The use of disposable screen-printed electrodes (SPEs) has extraordinarily grown in the last years. In this paper, conductive inks from scrapped SPEs were removed by acid leaching, providing high value feedstocks suitable for the electrochemical deposition of Ag, Pt and Ag core-Pt shell-like bimetallic (AgPt) nanoparticles, onto screen-printed carbon electrodes (ML@SPCEs, M = Ag, Pt or AgPt, L = metal nanoparticles from leaching solutions). The valorization of side streams from fishery and aquaculture value-chains is a valuable solution to address one of the challenges of the circular economy: turning wastes into profit. Side streams produced after filleting of sea cage fattened bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) were analyzed for proximate composition and fatty acid profile to evaluate the possibility of producing tuna oil (TO) as a valuable source of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and testing its bioactivity in vitro.
