Qualifying Building Information Models with Multi-Agent System

6 pages; International audience; This paper presents a new approach combining the 3D elements composing the environment of mobile agents with semantic descriptors from building information models. Our proposal is based on the IFC standard which is used in the field of Civil Engineering to build digital models of buildings during the design phase. The semantic of IFC objects composing the 3D environment is used to select and set up 3D objects and elements of simulation scenarios. The result of this process dynamically generates the input files to the JaSIM environment that performs the simulation.

The paper deals with the metrological characterization of a digital wattmeter developed by using a personal computer, a shunt, two commercial data acquisition boards and commercial software. The uncertainty of the active power measurements is assessed individually characterizing the voltage channel, the current channel and the phase displacement measurement between the two channels. Triggered data acquisition systems provide only limited possibilities of triggering methods. In our paper, we propose a novel approach that completely removes the hardware trigger and its logic. It introduces an innovative free-running mode instead, which provides unprecedented possibilities to physics experiments. Time resolved detection and analysis of the skin back-scattered optical signals (reflection photoplethysmography or PPG) provide information on skin blood volume pulsations and can serve for cardiovascular assessment. The multi-channel PPG concept has been developed and clinically verified in this study. Portable two- and four-channel PPG monitoring devices have been designed for real-time data acquisition and processing. This paper describes a multichannel mobile EEG data acquisition system that consists of on-head sensors with built in electroencephalogram (EEG) signal amplifier, asynchronous sigma-delta modulator (ASDM) for analog to digital conversion and 434MHz On-Off keying (OOK) wireless data transmitter. A prototype circuit has been designed and fabricated in a 11×16mm cylinder package. After receiving the signal, appropriate processing is applied in order to reconstruct the brain wave signals.
