Cereals represent the main crop of the five continents and contribute greatly to the diet of several populations. Cereals often undergo a fermentation before eating. This process is fundamental to confer high sensory quality, as well as to preserve and enhance the nutritional and safety aspects of the resulting products. The use of three-dimensional oral mucosa cell cultures to assess the toxicity of soldered and welded wires

The aim of the present study was to determine whether there is a difference in toxicity and loss of viability of three-dimensional (3D) reconstructed human oral epithelium (RHOE) cell cultures induced by point-welded (PW), laser-welded (LW), and silver-soldered (SiS) orthodontic wires. Three types of soldered stainless steel (SS) wires: PW, LW, and SiS were prepared ( n = 3) and subjected to multiple end-point analysis (MEA). Six pieces were cut from each wire. Each piece was placed on the triplicate cell cultures (RHOE model based on TR 146 cells). After 24 hours of topical exposure, the cell cultures were cut and stained with haematoxylin/eosin. W artykule podjęto zagadnienie relacji między dialogiem kultur a dialogiem religii. Analiza pojęcia religii i pojęcia kultury pokazała, że ich treści są ze sobą ściśle powiązane. Nie ma religii bez kultury ani kultury bez religii. Dlatego pojawiający się czasem postulat zastąpienia dialogu międzyreligijnego dialogiem międzykulturowym jest bezpodstawny. Dialog kultur bez dialogu religii jest niemożliwy. Aby dialog mógł zaistnieć, muszą być spełnione odpowiednie warunki. Jednym z nich jest dążenie do prawdy. Méta-modélisation de l’interception de la lumière dans un couvert cultures: adventices

EAGESTAD DOCT INRA; Dans le modèle parcelle virtuelle de dynamique de la flore adventice, FLORSYS, 70% du temps de calcul est utilisé par le module 3D d’interception de la lumière dont dépend la compétition des cultures et des adventices pour la lumière et la croissance des plantes. Afin d’accélérer le calcul, nous avons utilisé une méthode pour méta-modéliser le module. Cette méthode permet aussi réaliser une analyse de sensibilité. La hauteur et la largeur des plantes ont été identifiées comme des variables primordiales pour prédire l’interception de la lumière par le couvert.

Miejsce międzypokoleniiowego uczenia się w procesie hominizacji

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki pilotażowych badań eksploracyjnych, których celem było rozpoznanie różnic występujących pomiędzy udziałem trzech kultur w procesach uczenia się w obszarach hominizacji człowieka dorosłego. W związku z czym przedmiotem badań jest międzypokoleniowe uczenie się rozpatrywane w kontekście poszczególnych wymiarów egzystencji. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w województwie opolskim, próba badawcza liczyła 50 respondentów. Posłużono się ilościową strategią badań, stosując autorskie narzędzie pomiaru. Omawiane badania są przykładem połączenia wiedzy z zakresu antropologii, pedagogiki i psychologii do badania procesów wspierających rozwój człowieka na gruncie andragogiki. Za…
