Understanding one's sense of belonging is a central part of identity formation and self-awareness; feeling safe somewhere, with specific people is identified as a basic human need. This paper explores the ideas of children from three age groups in five different European as they discussed the concepts of ‘home’ and ‘belonging’. Findings showed that the children's ideas could be organised into six interrelated aspects: Spatiality, Materiality, Multiplicity, Social Relations, Affect, and Dislocation. Dzeltenās dzegužkurpītes Cypripedium calceolus L. demogrāfisko parametru ietekmējošie faktori Ķemeru Nacionālajā parkā

Orhidejas, kā piemēram, dzeltenā dzegužkurpīte Cypripedium calceolus, ir viena no apdraudētākajām augu grupām pasaulē, jo tās ir šauri specializējušās un ļoti jutīgas pret izmaiņām biotopā. Līdz ar to, šo augu pētījumi mūsdienās ir arvien aktuālāki. Ķemeru Nacionālā parka trijās atradnēs 2016. gadā no maija līdz oktobrim tika ievākti dati, lai realizētu veiktā pētījuma mērķi – noskaidrot apgaismojuma un veģetācijas seguma ietekmi uz Cypripedium calceolus demogrāfiskajiem parametriem. At present, many artists are interested in educational projects—the planning of events in which education is not reduced to an auxiliary role (as is traditional with an exhibition). Biomarker responses by crucian carp () living in a pond of secondary treated pulp mill effluent

Biochemical and histological biomarkers by the adult crucian carp ( Carassius carassius (L.)) living in a biologically treated pulp mill effluent were studied. Enocell pulp mill in Uimaharju, Finland, discharges its effluents through a waste water pond to the River Pielisjoki. This pond harbours an introduced crucian carp population that apparently reproduces on site. The objective of the present study was to measure possible hormonal effects of treated pulp mill effluent on crucian carps living in a wastewater pond.
