Types de temps et risque d'inondation et d'érosion en Camargue : diagnostique et prévision au 21ème siècle (1993-2100)

High sea surges and waves are the two mains hydro-meteorological phenomenon associated with coastal flooding and erosion in Camargue. For the period 1993-2002, high monthly frequencies of strong surges are usually associated with high frequency of strong waves. These two phenomenons mainly occur during weather type showing a deep low pressure system over the Bay of Biscay associated with high pressure over Central Europe. The monthly frequency of such weather regime indicates the probability of occurrence of high surges and waves along Camargue's coast. During the 21st century, the frequency of this specific weather regime could stay stationary for the A1b climate change scenario.

12 pages; International audience; We investigated epizoic algal assemblages on the shell of European pond turtles (Emys orbicularis) during two years (2013–2014). A total of 60 Emys orbicularis were captured in the three shallow Mediterranean wetlands located in Camargue. Epizoic algae on the plastron (below the shell) and carapace (above the shell) were sampled, identified and counted. Seventy-seven epizoic algal species were identified on the carapace and plastron and comprised in 51 Bacillariophyta, 11 Chlorophyta, 7 Cyanophyta, 6 Euglenophyta, 1 Dinophyta and1Xanthophyta taxa. Sicilian strawberry cultivations are increasing their interest: Fresh plants, produced in high elevation nurseries located in Spain and Poland have replaced frigo-plants. Strawberry Fresh Plants propagated in the Sicilian nurseries have been compared to those came from nursery located in Poland and set in our experimental farm. The trial has been carried out in Marsala (Tp) in the western coast of Sicily under plastic multitunnels. Four cultivars (‘Camarosa’, ‘Candonga’, ‘Tudla’, ‘Naiad’) were studied. Si esaminano i passi più significativi delle Storie di Tucidide in cui compaiono i termini di syngeneia e di oikeiotes per esprimere i rapporti di parentela tra città o popoli. Se ne ricava la conclusione che per lo storico ateniese i due termini avevano un'accezione differente, indicando il primo i rapporti tra genti ritenute discendenti dal medesimo capostipite mitico, e il secondo i rapporti di stretta familiarità stabiliti tra città di origine etnica differente, come nel caso di Camarina e Atene.
