"The rules of the game": how to favor entrepreneurship and creativity in a non-capitalistic economy

The economy, nowadays, is leading us toward a huge crisis. An environmental crisis, a new financial crisis and finally a war crisis. The aim of this paper is to propose a way to change our economy to favor a better perspective of the future. In order to promote this new economy, two suggestions are proposed: promote entrepreneurship and promote creativity within an economy that would aim at getting full employment and at avoiding any unethical action towards the environment. Several propositions are made about education, culture and economy to obtain sustainable changes in the economic landscape and in order to promote entrepreneurship in this fictive economy.

My research investigates the proposal of the education’s philosopher Aldo Capitini about the nonviolent teaching in the Italian Second Post-War infant and primary school and focuses on the nonviolent educational practices which has been carried out. Especially, Idana Pescioli, a teacher of the primary and infant school, has been the one to experiment new educational methodologies and a nonviolent approach in the schools of children. The Decameroncino is an emblematic text, in the literary workshop of Capuana, of a constant research theoretical on the form of modern novella. The relationship exhibited with Boccaccio's work allows the writer of Mineo to institute a wise game of filming and overturning, woven with the double thread of counterpoint ironic. The organic system of the Decameron is remodeled in the sense of fragmentation. Through a fantastic restless and paradoxical, the narrative suspends criteria of deterministic realism to allude to complexity of the true and of the writing that figures it.

The creation site of 26Al is still under debate. It is thought to be produced in hydrogen burning and in explosive helium burning in novae and supernovae, and possibly also in the H-burning in outer shells of red giant stars. Also, the reactions for its creation or destruction are not completely known. When 26Al is created in novae, the reaction chain is: 24Mg(p, γ) 25Al(β +ν) 25Mg(p, γ) 26Al, but this chain can be by-passed by another chain, 25Al(p, γ) 26Si(p, γ) 27P and it can also be destroyed directly. Parvoviruses are an important platform for gene and cancer therapy. Their cell entry and the following steps including nuclear import are inefficient limiting their use in therapeutic applications. Two models exist on parvoviral nuclear entry: classical import of the viral capsid using nuclear transport receptors of the importin (karyopherin) family, or direct attachment of the capsid to the nuclear pore complex leading to local disintegration of the nuclear envelope. We report the first direct determination of the ground-state to ground-state electron-capture $Q$-value for the $^{72}$As to $^{72}$Ge decay by measuring their atomic mass difference utilizing the double Penning trap mass spectrometer, JYFLTRAP. The $Q$-value was measured to be 4343.596(75)~keV, which is more than a 50-fold improvement in precision compared to the value in the most recent Atomic Mass Evaluation 2020. Furthermore, the new $Q$-value was found to be 12.4(40)~keV (3.1 $\sigma$) lower.
