La principal aportación del presente artículo es la difusión de una carta de capitulación que hasta la fecha permanecía inédita. Gracias a ésta podemos vislumbrar el papel jugado por los moros de Serra y de otros lugares de la Sierra Calderona en la guerra contra Castilla.

Validez y eficacia de los pactos matrimoniales

Los pactos matrimoniales es un tema de actualidad en nuestra sociedad. En este trabajo se ha pretendido abordar el tema de la validez y eficacia de los pactos matrimoniales y como encajan en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Por una parte tenemos que tener en cuenta la autonomía de la voluntad de las partes, pero se debe conjugar con el derecho de ius cogens y con los derechos inalienables tan presentes tradicionalmente en el derecho de familia. Es un tema además eminentemente práctico que trata de resolver evitar futuros conflictos y ahorrar tiempo y gastos a las partes, lo cual se conseguirá en el momento que se disponga de una regulación clara y precisa sobre la materia.
