Intraoral approach for the removal of impacted third molars represents a common surgical procedure for the specialized clinician. However, in some cases such as ectopic third molars, extraoral surgical removal seems to be inevitable. We present a step by step case of a 56 year old woman with an ectopic third molar of the lower jaw along with a cystic lesion, which were surgically removed by a submandibular approach. Postoperative clinical course was uneventful and there were no signs of facial nerve paresis. Background Dentigerous cyst appears surrounding the crown of an included tooth. On the radiographic exam, a radiolucent rounded well-defined lesion can be observed. Material and methods This study reports a clinical case of a 34-years old man with a pericoronal radiolucent lesion associated to an impacted lower third molar with the presence of radiopaque material inside. The radiological differential diagnosis was calcifying odontogenic tumor, adenomatoid odontogenic tumor and dentigerous cyst. This case report speculates that the prolonged vibrations from enduro off-road sports are deleterious to the spine. The results of this case report may also aid sports physicians in better understanding this complex and relatively unknown phenomenon. No published data are present in the current literature that demonstrate the correlation between early spine osteoarthritis from enduro motorcycle overuse and the long-term management effects of a non-invasive kinesiological approach to reduce pain and inflammation and improve spine mobility and muscle strength.

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is an uncommon primary cutaneous lymphoma with a wide spectrum of clinicopathological manifestations.
