Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā, pielietojot dažādus runāšanas uzdevumus angļu valodas stundās, varētu attīstīt un uzlabot pamatskolas skolēnu runāšanas prasmes. Pirmā nodaļa sniedz ieskatu teorijā par pusaudžu vecumposmu. Otrajā nodaļā aplūkoti runāšanas prasmju teorētiskie avoti, kā arī runāšanas prasmju prasības pamatskolas skolēniem. Runāšanas prasmes tiek izmantotas katru dienu. Runa ir valodas prasme, kas palīdz komunicēt. Tas ir sarežģīts process, kas iekļauj citas valodu prasmes un runas orgānus. Tāpēc ir svarīgi attīstīt runāšanas prasmes. Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Runāšanas prasmju pilnveide, izmantojot stāstus". Abstract The novel cyclophane receptor 2,6,10,13,17,21-hexaaza[22]metacyclophane (L) has been synthesised and characterised. The acid-base behaviour and interaction with ATP, ADP and AMP have been studied by potentiometry in 0.15 mol dm−3 at 298.1 K and multinuclear NMR. L presents in its protonated forms a molecular organization which enables its multipoint binding with nucleotides. Salt-bridge formation occur between the polyammonium sites of L and the phosphate chain of the nucleotides while π-stacking between the meta-phenylene subunit incorporated in the receptor and the adenine ring of the nucleotides.

In this work, we present the results obtained in an analytical study of the different types of proteinaceous binding media most commonly used in paintings, using GC-FID as the technique of analysis and GC-MS as a confirmatory technique. The application of this methodology requires prior hydrolysis of the proteins in the binding media to obtain free amino acids and then volatile derivatives, in this case by reaction with chloroformates due to advantages of speed, safety and the aqueous medium in which the reaction occurs. Inhibitors of endogenous proteinases in the seeds of Scots pine, Pinus sylvestris

Extracts of resting pine seeds inhibited the proteinase activities present in extracts of endosperms of germinating seeds (hydrolysis of haemoglobin at pH 3.7 and hydrolysis of casein at pH 5.4 and 7.0). Heating the extracts of resting seeds at 60°C destroyed their own proteinase activity but their proteinase inhibitor activity decreased by only 25 to 30%. Some properties of the inhibitor(s) were studied using extracts treated at 60°C. The inhibitor activities were non-dialysable. the inhibition increased linearly with increasing inhibitor concentration up to 80% of total proteinase activity, and the maximal inhibition was 80% at pH 3.7. 90% at pH 5.4. and 97% at pH 7.0.
