This thesis examines the implementation of enterprise architecture (EA) in the Finnish public sector. EA is a systematic approach for analysing, visualising, developing and governing the functions and structures of organisations. It describes how organisations businesses, information and systems function as a whole. Research and practice have shown the implementation of EA is challenging and slow to advance. Finland provides a prolific area for research since the use of EA is mandatory in public sector, which is rare amongst countries taking a whole-of-government EA approach. Heterotopic pregnancy is a rare but intriguing disease, which poses a high risk for pregnant women and for intrauterine pregnancy. Clinically, it is mainly characterized by pain and vaginal bleeding. b-hCG serum dosage is used to detect the pregnancy, but transvaginal ultrasound is needed to diagnose heterotopic pregnancy. From all the risk factors, the assisted reproductive treatments represent the most important, especially when multiple embryos are transferred. Patients with a heterotopic pregnancy are at risk of having a spontaneous or medically induced abortion, and for this reason appropriate and tailored treatment should be considered, pursuing the optimal risk/benefit ratio. Finnish schools struggle with problem behaviour and need new interventions which are effective, acceptable, and can be implemented with high fidelity in general classrooms. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of Check in check out (CICO) support in decreasing the disruptive behaviours of general education primary school pupils. CICO can be regarded as an intensified level of support in Finnish schools, and its key features are brief morning and afternoon meetings with a CICO coach, the use of a Daily Report Card (DRC), regular positive feedback during the day by the classroom teacher, and parental involvement.
