Katoličeskij kostel v krymskom dialoge kulʹtur

Crimea has always been at the crossroads of cultures, civilizations, dialogue of cultures. At the beginning of the 21th century, the representatives of over 175 nations belonging to different confessions lived in the Crimea. In different periods of the Crimean history alongside with Orthodox churches and Muslim mosques, churches of other religions and confessions existed. Scientists pay attention to both national structure and poly confessionalism of this region. The presented work deals with the key points of Catholicism evolution in the Crimea. Special attention is paid to some periods as well as events and people associated with them.

This analysis proves that introducing teenagers to a dialogue with Judaism is one of catechesis’s tasks. This task has been outlined in the post-conciliar documents of the Catholic Church. It underlines the spiritual ties between Catholic people and the Jews and promotes forming an attitude of openness towards followers of the Mosaic religion. It also contributes to mitigating anti-Semitism among Catholic teenagers. At the same time, it raises interest in Jewish traditions and culture. The article address the problem of limiting the rights of Protestants and other non-Catholic Christian denominations during the reigns of two kings from the Wettin dynasty - King Augustus II (1697-1733). The process started as early as the second half of the 17th century, but it was fully accomplished in the years 1717-1736. In the article the author discussed the resolutions of the sejms and other legal acts introduced at that time, the aim of which was to eliminate dissenters from public life. The Polish monarchs were inert towards the process. It was the rulers of non - Catholic European states (Prussia, Russia and Great Britain) that helped Protestants an Orthodox Christans in Poland

Wielowiekowa obecność Kalwarii Zebrzydowskiej jako ważnego ośrodka pielgrzymkowego przyczyniła się do powstania związanego z nim religijnego repertuaru muzycznego. Le "manteau de la religion" couvrant le vide : la critique du catholicisme dans "Comment on meurt" et "Comment on se marie" d’Émile Zola

The paper discusses Emile Zola’s critical opinion about the Catholicism revealed in two novellas, Comment on meurt (Death) and Comment on se marie (Modern marriage). The two texts, depicting crucial moments of human existence in various social classes, show the general lack of faith within the French society of the Second Empire and the superficial character of religious rituals considered as a simple element of tradition. The attitude of the clergy, hypocritical and greedy, is an important factor of this situation.
