Memristors in Nonlinear Network : Application to Information (Signal and Image) Processing

2021

Memristor is a two-terminal nonlinear dynamic electronic device. Typically, it is a passive nano-device whose conductivity is controlled by the flux, time-integral of the voltage across its terminals, or by the charge, time-integral of the current flowing through it, and it presents interesting features for versatile applications. This thesis considers memristor use as a neighborhood connection for 2D cellular nonlinear or neural network (CNN), essentially for information (image and signal) processing and electronic prosthesis. We develop a model of the memristor based 2D cellular nonlinear networks CNNs compatible to image applications by incorporating memristor in the adjacent neighborhoo…

Rôle de la dynamique de la membrane plasmique dans la mise en place des réactions de défense chez le tabac

2008

The binding of cryptogein, a plant defense elicitor secreted by an oomycete, to an unknown receptor triggers well-known biochemical events of early signal transduction at the plasma membrane of tobacco cells. One of these early events is the transient production of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) by an NADPH oxidase, NtrbohD. We were thus interested to analyze the dynamic of the plasma membrane during these early stages. We determined that internalization of the endocytotic marker FM4-64 is stimulated a few minutes after addition of cryptogein to tobacco BY-2 cells. This stimulation is specific to the signal transduction pathway elicited by cryptogein since a lipid transfer protein, which bin…

Involvement of Kv3.1 potassium chanels in 7-ketocholesterol, 24S-hydroxycholesterol and C24 : 0-induced lipotoxicity on 158N and BV-2 cells : relatio…

2017

Potassium (K+) is involved in the regulation of cellular excitability, cell cycle regulation, cell viability, neuroprotection and maintenance of microglial and oligodendrocytic functions. Potassium dysfunction, described in several neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease (AD), multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's disease and Huntington's disease, may be a potential therapeutic target. The underlying toxic mechanisms of these neurodegenerative pathologies involve oxysterols, which are oxidized cholesterol derivatives, and fatty acids including those associated with peroxisomal metabolism. 7-ketocholesterol (7KC), 24S-hydroxycholesterol (24S-OHC) and tetracosanoic acid (C24:0),…

Etude des effets cohérents dans la vapeur de rubidium atomique sous irradiation laser bi-chromatique

2013

The effect of electromagnetically induced transparency is observed, using nanocelland microcell. The EIT-resonance with good parameters (high contrast and small FWHM) is obtained in thick cells. The EIT-resonance splitting in magnetic field is observed for the cases of D1-line of 85Rb and 85Rb. The theoretical model, explaining the EIT-resonance components frequency shift dependence on magnetic field strength is presented. The theoretical and experimental results are compared and good agreement is shown. Also the EIT-resonance behavior in hyperfine Paschen-Back regime is presented and explained. For the first time the N-type resonance in microcell is observed. Good parameters of theN-type r…
