The objective of this work is to evaluate the fatigue dependency on the knee extensor muscles length. Exercises varying the type of contraction (isometric and eccentric) and intensity of contraction (maximal and sub-maximal) are performed in order to disrupt the neuromuscular system by different factors of fatigue: central and peripheral. These exercises are performed at two muscular lengths (S and L, corresponding respectively to 40 and 100° of knee flexion). Neuromuscular parameters (maximal torque, muscular twitch, voluntary activation level, electromyographic activity, etc.) are analyzed in pre- and post-fatigue conditions in the type of contraction required by the fatiguing exercise. Abstract. The thyroid hormones (THs) L-thyroxine (T4) and L-triiodothyronine (T3) have a profound influence on the development and maturation of the mammalian brain, both before and after birth. Any impairment in the supply of THs to the developing nervous system leads to severe and irreversible changes in both the overall architecture and functions of the brain and causes, in humans, neurological and motor deficits known as cretinism. 14 pages; La morphométrie comparée de la première molaire inférieure (M1) de onze populations du campagnol des neiges Chionomys nivalis (Rodentia, Arvicolinae) (Martins, 1842) du Pléistocène supérieur et de l'Holocène de France, d'Allemagne et de Roumanie, montre une nette différenciation morphologique entre les populations de ces trois pays, exprimée par un gradient morphologique est-ouest. A l'échelle du pays, des divergences morphologiques, plus modérées, sont observées, en particulier chez les populations de France et des Carpates méridionales et occidentales.

El artículo es un estudio del proceso de construcción y de la historia de los dos edificios para oficinas y central telefónica construidos en Valencia por la Compañía Telefónica Nacional de España entre 1926 y 1928. Tanto la sede central, situada en la plaza más importante de la ciudad, como la subcentral del distrito marítimo, ubicada en la popular barriada de El Grao de Valencia, constituyen por su tipología constructiva y su peculiaridad estética dos casos singulares en el panorama arquitectónico valenciano.
