This article conceptualises adult learners’ professional growth in a tailored, work-related, teacher-qualification programme in physical education. The study data consisted of the reflectivelearning diaries of 20 adult learners during a 2-year tertiary and work-related teacher-qualification programme. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, States and corporations have been debating over what measures could be implemented in order to progressively ease restrictions on international travel: the proposals made included implementing an immunity passport, or, with the development and production of vaccines, a vaccination certificate. The article analyses the possibility of adopting these measures in conformity with International Health Regulations (IHR) and the International Covenants on Human Rights. Finally, it formulates a hypothesis for the revision of International Health Regulations whilst giving them an interpretation that is harmonized with human rights norms.

Is there a Market Value for Energy Performance in a Local Private Housing Market ? An efficiency analysis approach

This paper aims to find evidence of a “green value” in a local housing market using notarial data on a small urban area in France. We use frontier functions, an original approach that departs from customary hedonistic regressions, to model housing market prices as a production set bordered by an efficiency frontier estimated by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The paper tests if difference in prices (i.e. the distance from the frontier) can be explained by energy performance measured as a normalized categorical ascending kWh/m²/year grade (or Energy Performance Certificate -EPC). Tarkastelemme tässä artikkelissa vironkielisten suomen oppijoiden osallistumista Suomen kansallisen kielitestin, Yleisten kielitutkintojen, keskitason tutkintoon ja heidän kielitaitoprofiiliaan tutkintotulosten valossa. Vertaamme tuloksia yleiseen tutkintomenestykseen sekä osallistujien taustaan ja pohdimme suomen kielen asemaa oppimisen kohteena vironkielisten näkökulmasta. Analyysimetodina käytämme kuvailevaa tilastollista analyysia sekä tilastollista päättelyä.
