“Telemetrijas iekārtu GSM datu monitorings un analītika” ir uz tīmekļa tehnoloģijām balstīta sistēma, kas realizēta, kā esošas sistēmas modulis. Sistēmas lietotājam ir iespējams pārraudzīt GSM datu patēriņu visām sistēmas iekārtām, filtrēt un salīdzināt GSM datu patēriņu pēc dažādiem parametriem. Sistēma nodrošina arī SIM karšu aktivizēšanas un deaktivizēšanas uzdevumu funkcionalitāti. Šajā darbā izstrādātā programmatūra, ir implementēta reālā dzīvē un tiek lietota. Projekts realizēts pēc spējās izstrādes metodoloģijas. Programmatūras izstrādes procesā izmantotās tehnoloģijas: Yii 1.1.15 (MVC ietvars), MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Chart.js, LESS, Grunt.
Electrochemical monitoring of ROS generation by anticancer agents: the case of chartreusin

Solution phase and solid-sate electrochemical techniques centered in the voltammetry of microparticles approach are applied for testing the cytotoxic activity of anticancer drugs. The possibility of electrochemical generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is exploited for evaluating their contribution to cellular damage. The described methodology is applied to the case of chartreusin (Ch) whose electrochemistry in non-aqueous solutions and in the solid state in contact with aqueous electrolytes is described in the absence (experimental data were confirmed by theoretical calculations) and in the presence of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). In Portugal and in its former colonies, the expression "constitucionalismo outorgado » is part of the constitutional vocabulary since the granting of the Charter of 1826. The French inspiration is obvious ; however, no equivalent expression exists in France. This curiosity leads to measure all the ambiguity of the concept of "granted constitutionalism", an improbable oxymoron according to the president of the Portuguese Republic, Teófilo Braga. Is it about a simple political and linguistic claim, a temporary compromise at the end of a frustrated Revolution? Or does it translate a deeper program, to reconcile both sides of the constitutionalism, ancient and modern ?

After France, and before Brazil, the second article concerns Portugal. The portuguese legal framework was appropriate to stem the birth of the constituent power. Reconstructed on the basis of an apocryphal transcription of its founding pact, the Cortes of Lamego of 1143, the portuguese public law benefited on top of a written document born in the XVth century, the Ordenações. This double peculiarity, making "iberian liberties" a model of the ancient constitutionalism, explains the reverential respect for these medieval borders and the hatred following Dom Pedro's granting in 1826. An Effective Double Sampling Scheme for the c Control Chart

In the present paper is developed a statistical process control inspection procedure based on a new simple-to-implement and effective double sampling scheme for the c control chart, aimed at the minimization of the number of inspected observation units and warranting fixed levels for the type I and II error risks.
