NAUTICAL TOURISM: FIRST ANALISY OF THE TOURIST DEMAND FOR NAUTICAL CHARTER PRODUCT IN SICILY This article points out the problems connected with the measures of the nautical tourism demand. The study analyses the Sicilian case, and tries to define the nautical tourist giving methodologies to investigate this kind of tourist demand. The nautical charter activities and the tourist ports are the principal actors, and thru them the authors calculated approximately the level of the tourist demand. This can be consider the first step to analyze nautical tourism and the relationship with the traditional tourism demand.

The present paper deals with the decision of the Italian Constitutional Court to refer a preliminary ruling to the European Court of Justice on the well-known case "Taricco". The latter, in 2015, stated that the Italian law on statute of limitations was inconsistent with the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, having regard to the obligation upon Member States, stemming from art. 325 TFUE. Measuring Health Promotion in Sports Club Settings: A Modified Delphi Study

Settings-based approaches have become an increasing health promotion focus since the World Health Organization’s 1986 Ottawa Charter. While schools, cities, and prisons have implemented this approach, its development within sports environments is recent. Sports are a popular leisure-time activity, requiring validated tools to measure health promotion activity. This study’s aim was to develop a measurement tool based on international consensus that measures perceptions of health promotion within sports clubs.
