Durante l'undicesima edizione del Festivaletteratura di Mantova, nel settembre 2007, Wole Soyinka, insieme alla studiosa e traduttrice Alessandra Di Maio, ha ripercorso la sua carriera poetica, spiegandone svolte e sviluppi. Two centuries later, the legend Chopin-Sand continues to supply the collective imaginary with vague readings, where historical truthfulness, let alone musical truth, is often contingent on the literary. The much discussed and bellicose romance between the Polish composer and the French novelist, George Sand, tends to some reductionism and evades an obvious reality: Fryderyk Chopin meets George Sand when she was already the mother of two children. Celem opracowania jest wstępna odpowiedź na pytanie: Jakie czynniki sprzyjają, a jakie mogą zapobiec zaistnieniu zjawiska odwrócenia ról (parentyfikacji) w ukraińskich rodzinach uchodźczych mieszkających w Polsce? W pierwszej części artykułu wyjaśniono zjawisko parentyfikacji, następnie ukazano genezę wybuchu wojny hybrydowej na Ukrainie. W kolejnej części tekstu przedstawiono metodologię eksploracyjnych badań jakościowych – wywiad pogłębiony (wśród ukraińskich matek) i wywiad ekspercki (wśród terapeutów zaangażowanych w pomoc ukraińskim rodzinom). International audience; We use probit analysis of national datasets in the United States, Canada, England and Wales, Netherlands, Belgium, and France to examine gross university completion by children of immigrants relative to native majorities and completion net of social origins. This allows us to examine the extent to which children of immigrants and natives face penalties or benefits associated with their ethnic origin in their host countries. [EN]Background: The urban environment may influence neurodevelopment from conception onwards, but there is no evaluation of the impact of multiple groups of exposures simultaneously. We investigated the association between early-life urban environment and cognitive and motor function in children. Methods: We used data from 5403 mother-child pairs from four population-based birth-cohorts (UK, France, Spain, and Greece). We estimated thirteen urban home exposures during pregnancy and childhood, including: built environment, natural spaces, and air pollution. With data from two qualitative studies from Sweden and Norway, we discuss child poverty from the children's point of view, in the framework of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, articles 27 and 28.
