The growth of China-led minilateral initiatives mostly of a regional character has challenged the main multilateral institutions of the Western order and, ultimately, US authority. Faced with a progressive delegitimation of the institutional architecture that it promoted after World War II, the US, under the Obama administration, has acted to defend the existing main multilateral institutions of the order (UN, IMF, WB and WTO), attributing them with a strategic role. More than being radical, though, the reforms enacted have been incremental and pragmatic, but always imperfect. Abstract The composition of conodont apparatuses is crucial for understanding the feeding mechanisms of these early vertebrates. However, the multielement apparatus reconstructions of most species remain equivocal because they have been inferred from loose element collections, guided by knowledge from rare articulated ‘bedding plane assemblages’ and fused clusters, often from distantly related taxa. Even these natural assemblages can be difficult to interpret because the component elements can be closely juxtaposed or embedded in matrix, making it hard to discern the morphology of each element and their relative positions within the architecture of the feeding apparatus. The genus Pseudopoda is recorded for the first time from Japan. Pseudopoda kasariana sp. nov. (_??_, _??_) and Pseudopoda spirembolus sp. nov. (_??_, _??_) are described from Amami-oshima Island and Okinawajima Island respectively. Four new Sinopoda species are described: Sinopoda albofasciata (_??_), Sinopoda derivata (_??_, _??_), Sinopoda ogatai (_??_, _??_) and Sinopoda stellatops (_??_, _??_). Sinopoda koreana (Paik 1968) is recorded for the first time from Japan. New records of Sinopoda okinawana Jager & Ono 2000 and S. tanikawai Jager & Ono 2000 are presented. In France, like in the USA, the Activity-based Costing method (ABC) was considered as a remedy for the crisis of management accounting. Now, the level of diffusion in France is as important as in the Anglo-Saxon countries. Not surprisingly, the ABC method is more developed in western countries than in China.
