Patriotyzm jest fenomenem, który przeżywa w Polsce w ciągu kilku ostatnich lat swoisty renesans. Ten „znak czasów” został zauważony przez polskich biskupów katolickich, którzy w 2017 r. opublikowali dokument pt. Chrześcijański kształt patriotyzmu. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie najważniejszych myśli płynących z tego dokumentu, w którym podkreśla się przede wszystkim istotną różnicę pomiędzy godnym propagowania patriotyzmem a stanowiącym formę egoizmu nacjonalizmem. Wydaje się, iż te refleksje społeczne Konferencji Episkopatu Polski powinny dotrzeć do szerszego grona odbiorców (także niemieckojęzycznych), czemu ma służyć ten artykuł.
Heteroglossic and multimodal resources in use : participation across spaces of identification in a Christian lifestyle sports community

This dissertation examines how members of one particular youth community, Christian lifestyle sports enthusiasts in Finland, use language and other semiotic resources to construct participation in their community of practice (CoP). The CoP is organized around the late-modern activity culture of lifestyle sports. The participants also share the Christian faith and in their snowboarding camps organize Bible study sessions and engage in prayer and worship. The theoretical and methodological framework incorporates sociolinguistics, social semiotics, discourse studies and connective ethnography, including the exploration of both the digital and physical spaces of the community. Nowe miasto Boże w ujęciu Ezechiela (Ez 48,30-35)

W duchu dialogu judaistyczno-chrześcijańskiego, w artykule zajmuję się tekstem Ez 48,30-35, który jest bardzo ważny dla obu wspólnot wierzących. Ostatnia wizja Ezechiela (Ez 40–48) stała się źródłem inspiracji dla judaizmu i chrześcijaństwa. Nie ma jednak zgodności w interpretacji tej prorockiej zapowiedzi: nastania nowej świątyni i nowego miasta. Świą-tynia (+ miasto) została przedstawiona w świetle judaizmu rabinackiego, pism qumrańskich oraz samego Ezechiela. W części egzegetycznej przebadano dokładnie tekst Ez 48,30-35. The pontifiate of John Paul II constitutes a quantum leap forward as far as both the practice of dialogue of the Catholic Church with Islam and systematic reflction on its signifiance and theological fundamentals are concerned. The Kingdom of Hungary had been part of the Habsburg realms since 1526 when the Sultan Suleyman I the Magnificent (ruled 1520–1566) defeated the Hungarian armies at Mohacs. The King of Hungary and Bohemia, Louis II (ruled 1516–1526), died in the battle. Due to the dynastic agreement between the Jagiellonians and the Habsburgs, the latter were to take over Hungary and the Czech lands should the former fail to produce male heirs. In the other case, the Jagiellonians could hope for the imperial throne in Vienna. Meanwhile, the Ottoman Empire seized most of Hungary proper, including Buda (1541), the seat of Hungarian Kings. Ecotheology in the service of religion and science

The aim of the text is to assess the ecumenical potential of various contemporary approaches to ecotheology, which try to take into account the achievements of natural and social sciences. It outlines the effects of the ecumenical interest of the Churches in ecology, understood as a certain style of thinking and acting, taking into account the good of the natural environment. The results of ecological interest in the Churches are discussed by numerous authors. For example, two complementary concepts from Western and Eastern Christianity are presented: Thomas Berry's Interdisciplinary Ecotheology and John Zizioulas' Ethically Oriented Ecotheology.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie chrześcijaństwa i religii niechrześcijańskich w myśli Karla Bartha. Poglądy szwajcarskiego teologa na religie cechuje głęboka ewolucja, pozwalającą wyróżnić trzy zasadnicze fazy kształtowania się jego myśli. W pierwszej fazie, obecnej w pierwszym wydaniu „Listu do Rzymian” (Der Römerbrief, Zürich 1919), autor dopuszcza pogląd, że poganie wspomagani przez światło rozumu mogą dojść do poznania Boga. Przy takim spojrzeniu religie przedstawiają się jako wymowne świadectwa wznoszenia się człowieka ku Bogu.
