This text constitutes a study and critical edition of a Valencian prescription manuscript, from the beginning of the XIX century, which has remained practically unknown up to the present day. It juxtaposes early instances of the language in this genre with the presence of the traditional forms of the names of diseases or medicines in Valencian popular literature of the XVIII and XIX centuries.

Wetlands store large amounts of SOC within their soils. They have an important role in water regulation and have great biological and floristic diversity. It is shown in this paper that the use of Le Chatelier"s principle as a Principle of Moderation fails. It is discussed moderation of mole fractions and moderation of molar concentration (molarity) in a reaction of ideal gases. An analysis carried out on thermodynamic grounds allows us to conclude that this system moderates the increment of molar concentration (molarity) of an active component, but this same system does not moderate the increment of mole fraction of an active component at constant T and V.

International audience; This article contains an overview of the modernization of the regional administrations since its inception until present. We distinguish roughly four modernizing cycles: the first is mainly identified with the search for legitimacy and survival of the regional administrations. The second is inspired by the New Public Management (NPM) and the emergence of a post-burocratic paradigm that enables the development of new methodologies. The third is characterized by the primacy of e-administration and quality policies applied to public services.
