Keskijohdon kaksoissidokset tietotyön organisoinnissa

Artikkelimme käsittelee keskijohdon asemaa tietotyön, tässä tapauksessa yliopistotyön, organisoinnissa. Tutkimuksen empiria perustuu haastatteluaineistoon, joka on osa laajempaa etnografista aineistoa. Kuvaamme haastatteluaineiston kautta erästä työyhteisöä tapausesimerkkinä käyttäen millaisia positioita, puhetapoja ja artikulaatiota keskijohdon kaksoisasema organisaatiossa heille tuottaa sekä oman että alaisten työn johtamisessa. Benson group additivity values of phosphines and phosphine oxides: Fast and accurate computational thermochemistry of organophosphorus species

Composite quantum chemical methods W1X-1 and CBS-QB3 are used to calculate the gas phase standard enthalpy of formation, entropy, and heat capacity of 38 phosphines and phosphine oxides for which reliable experimental thermochemical information is limited or simply nonexistent. For alkyl phosphines and phosphine oxides, the W1X-1, and CBS-QB3 results are mutually consistent and in excellent agreement with available G3X values and empirical data. In the case of aryl-substituted species, different computational methods show more variation, with G3X enthalpies being furthest from experimental values. Tässä tutkimuksessa analysoitiin kahden yliopiston luokanopettajakoulutuksen opetussuunnitelmatekstejä selvittäen, miten tekstien sisältämät tavoitteet ilmentävät opettajan työssä olennaisia osaamisalueita. Analyysi toteutettiin teoriaohiaavalla sisällönanalyysillä, joka nojasi kehittämäämme Moniulotteiseen opettajan osaamisen prosessimalliin (MAP). Tulokset osoittivat, että pääosa yleisistä ja opintojaksokohtaisista osaamistavoitteista liittyi opettamisen ja oppimisen tietoperustan rakentamiseen, erityisesti sisältötietoon ia pedagogiseen sisältötietoon. Quantitative Approximation Properties for the Fractional Heat Equation

In this note we analyse \emph{quantitative} approximation properties of a certain class of \emph{nonlocal} equations: Viewing the fractional heat equation as a model problem, which involves both \emph{local} and \emph{nonlocal} pseudodifferential operators, we study quantitative approximation properties of solutions to it. First, relying on Runge type arguments, we give an alternative proof of certain \emph{qualitative} approximation results from \cite{DSV16}. Using propagation of smallness arguments, we then provide bounds on the \emph{cost} of approximate controllability and thus quantify the approximation properties of solutions to the fractional heat equation. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study some basic concepts of quantitative rectifiability in the first Heisenberg group $\mathbb{H}$. In particular, we aim to demonstrate that new phenomena arise compared to the Euclidean theory, founded by G. David and S. Semmes in the 90's. The theory in $\mathbb{H}$ has an apparent connection to certain nonlinear PDEs, which do not play a role with similar questions in $\mathbb{R}^{3}$. Our main object of study are the intrinsic Lipschitz graphs in $\mathbb{H}$, introduced by B. Franchi, R. Serapioni and F. Serra Cassano in 2006. Let $\mathscr{L}$ be a smooth second-order real differential operator in divergence form on a manifold of dimension $n$. Under a bracket-generating condition, we show that the ranges of validity of spectral multiplier estimates of Mihlin--H\"ormander type and wave propagator estimates of Miyachi--Peral type for $\mathscr{L}$ cannot be wider than the corresponding ranges for the Laplace operator on $\mathbb{R}^n$. The result applies to all sub-Laplacians on Carnot groups and more general sub-Riemannian manifolds, without restrictions on the step. Red grape Nero d’Avola cultivar grape pomace powder (GPP) was applied during fresh ovine cheese production in order to increase polyphenol content. Before cheeses were produced, the bacteria of a freeze-dried commercial starter culture were isolated and tested in vitro against GPP. Two dominant strains, both resistant to GPP, were identified. Thestarter culture was inoculated in pasteurized ewe’s milk and the curd was divided into two bulks, one added with 1% (w/w) GPP and another one GPP-free.
