Rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT) devices dealing with sensitive data has led to the emergence of new access control technologies in order to maintain this data safe from unauthorized use. Insatisfaction et restauration de la relation client-fournisseur par un système de management de la performance

International audience; A travers une étude qualitative via la méthodologie de la recherche action, cet article permet d’enrichir les études existantes sur le management des relations client-fournisseurs en se focalisant sur la manière dont un fournisseur industriel, ici un bureau d’achats, réagit pour faire face au mécontentement de son client. Ce travail permet d’éclairer et de valider empiriquement le processus de résolution de conflit dans le but de maintien d’un client industriel. Nos résultats indiquent que le système de management de la performance combiné avec une communication régulière des résultats influence l’extension du contrat via son renouvellement.

In high-performance computing (HPC), data and metadata are stored on special server nodes and client applications access the servers’ data and metadata through a network, which induces network latencies and resource contention. These server nodes are typically equipped with (slow) magnetic disks, while the client nodes store temporary data on fast SSDs or even on non-volatile main memory (NVMM). Implementing a culture of data in franchise systems : the ingredients for success

The purpose of our research is to improve the understanding of the factors that explain the development of exchange relationships and facilitate the customer data management in franchise Systems. To this end, a literature review was conducted in the field of relationship marketing, and particulary, in relation to Bagozzi's theory of exchange (1974; 1975). Through its lexical and thematic analyses, the qualitative study highlights the principle of reciprocity in exchange in franchisor-franchisee-customer relationships with regard to customer data management. Reciprocity seems to be at the core of exchanges between the franchisor, franchisees and their customers.
