Notre choix s'est arrêté sur leur activité au cours de l'entretien-conseil, dispositif central dans la formation (Loizon, 2008). Nous nous appuyons sur les travaux de Carnus (2009) qui s'articulent autour de la notion d'activité réelle. Mésentente sur les règles de GRH dans trois cliniques françaises

Cet article décrit l’évolution de la gestion du personnel observée dans trois cliniques françaises. On y observe des soignants transformant les pratiques de GRH introduites par les dirigeants. Nous analysons la nature des régulations, c’est à dire des processus de production de règles contenues dans ces dispositifs. Nous montrons que ces processus peuvent se faire grâce aux échanges entre les parties prenantes, rappelant la régulation conjointe. On observe aussi des situations caractérisées par une absence de communication entre les acteurs. Background and aims Sexual addiction is a pathological behavior characterized by a combination of excessive sexual desire and impaired ability to control it. Its incidence ranges between 1.2% and 32.2%, although this number may vary depending on the screening tool used. Purpose Blood lipids are frequently used as a surrogate of lipid composition of peripheral tissues. Even if it is well accepted, such a relationship has never been clearly demonstrated for the eye. The aim of this study was to determine in human samples whether a lipidomic approach based on red blood cells could reveal associations between circulating and ocular lipid profiles. Methods Red blood cells, retinas and optic nerves were collected from 9 human donors. Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) is a recently defined entity, typically characterised by the genetic translocation t(11 ;14)(q13 ;q32) and counting for 2 - 10% of all non-Hodgkin Lymphomas. With a median survival between 3 and 5 years after diagnosis, MCL is an agressive disease and despite the recent therapeutic advances little in know about its prognostic factors.
