La telecolaboración entre grupos heterogéneos en la clase de lengua extranjera

[ES] En la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras, numerosos profesores trabajan las competencias lingüísticas y comunicativas por medio de actividades que incluyen las TIC. Entre ellas, se encuentran los proyectos de telecolaboración por Internet, intercambios asincrónicos y sincrónicos, entre grupos de estudiantes pertenecientes a diferentes comunidades lingüísticas distantes geográficamente. Nuestro objetivo ha consistido en comprobar si un proyecto de telecolaboración sincrónico entre grupos heterogéneos de estudiantes, con distintos perfiles y niveles en lengua extranjera, es factible y si contribuye al desarrollo de las competencias comunicativas, intercuturales y tecnológicas.

[EN]: [Objective]: The objectives of this paper are to analyze the Spanish scientific production in nursing, define its temporal evolution, its geographical and institutional distribution, and observe the interinstitutional collaboration. [Method]: We analyze a comprehensive sample of Spanish scientific production in the nursing area extracted from the multidisciplinary database SciVerse Scopus. [Results]: The nursing scientific production grows along time. The collaboration rate is 3.7 authors per paper and 61% of the authors only publish one paper. Digital Storytelling Project as a Way to Engage Students in Twenty-First Century Skills Learning

[EN] This paper is focused on the implications of a collaborative digital storytelling project on student engagement in the higher education context. The empirical study is conducted with an interdisciplinary group of bachelor students in a Nordic University (N = 22) and a university in Southern Europe (N = 21), and the data are collected through an online student survey. The results demonstrate that the digital storytelling project supported students’ behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. The process of scientific internationalization in Spain is based on an analysis of the growth of scientific publications and the evolution of international collaboration in Spanish scientific papers indexed in the Science Citation Index-Expanded database between 1980 and 2007. [EN]: The objective of this research is to analyse the evolution of scientific collaboration within Spanish psychology through papers signed by an author who belonged to a Spanish institution of psychology between 1970 and 1989. We analysed a total of 2891 papers published in 29 journals of psychology between 1970 and 1989, examining the scientific collaboration through network analysis, using the UCINET program and Netdraw software. Innocampus Explora: Nuevas formas de comunicar ciencia

[EN] Innocampus Explora aims to show the students of the Burjassot-Paterna campus of the Universitat de València how the different scientific degrees are interrelated. To do this we propose activities in which students and teachers work together to cover the interdisciplinary nature of science, both in everyday and professional issues. Throughout this course the activities developed relate to new ways to communicate science. With the development of this project we contribute to a transversal quality education for all the participating students.

With that purpose, a collaboration network was created between the University of Valencia and Escola Gavina, a preschool, primary and secondary school.
