The Authors report their experience in the palliative management of malignant colorectal obstruction. Between June 2000 and April 2003 sixteen patients (11 men and 5 women, age range 63-82) were found suffering from malignant colorectal obstruction. In these patients it was not possible to perform definitive surgical treatment because of the old age, advanced neoplastic disease and poor health condition, colostomy was the only therapeutic option. El coneixement anatòmic d'aquesta zona quirúrgica és fonamental per evitar complicacions intraoperatòries. S'han descrit tres tipus de MAEC: anterior, lateral i medial. Métodos: Análisis retrospectivo de 477 pacientes con anastomosis ileocólicas realizadas desde noviembre de 2010 a septiembre de 2016 en un hospital terciario. This paper illustrates the results of an empirical-experimental research conducted as part of the Specialization Course for support activities, held at the University of Palermo in the academic year 2016/17. The survey, concerning the effectiveness of training courses for teachers for the development of active learning, involved 450 teachers and had the main objective of investigating whether there was an actual increase in specific professional skills functional to school inclusion among those who attended the course.
