The author takes up the language Ervin Goj’s poetry, a regional lachian poet who has written his poems between the years 1931-1977 under the pen name Óndra Łyhorsky. She analyses the meaning of two colours, namely white and black, which in the European culture symbolize the opposition light – dark, good – bad: white symbolizes innocence, truth, purity, simplicity, honesty, while black symbolizes evil, falsehood, nothingness, mourning, atonement. This study is dedicated to one color exclusively: the color white. Thus, it provides an important contribution to the history of colors as well as to the meaning and the monochromatic use of white as a means of design in 20th century visual arts. Krāsu izmantojums starpkultūru lietišķā saziņā

Bakalaura darbs veic teorētisko un empīrisko izpēti par krāsu izmantošanu biznesā - starpkultūru komunikācijā. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt krāsu lietojuma atšķirības un līdzības uzņēmumos kulturāli un ģeogrāfiski tuvās un attālās valstīs. Pētījumā izmantots literatūras apskats un reklāmu salīdzinošā analīze. Analīzes korpusu veido četrdesmit astoņas kosmētikas un ādas kopšanas uzņēmuma mājas lapas, kas atlasītas no septiņpadsmit dažādām pasaules valstīm. Rezultāti liecina, ka krāsu izvēle ir atkarīga no ģeogrāfiskās atrašanās vietas, kultūras fona, personīgajām vēlmēm un uzņēmuma vispārīgajām īpašībām.
