Neurofibroma plexiforme en mucosa yugal: presentación de un caso clínico

Presentamos un caso clínico de neurofibroma plexiforme localizado en región geniana, a nivel submucoso. Su interés radica en que, a pesar de ser el tumor de origen neurógeno más frecuente, es una entidad poco habitual y que rara vez se localiza a nivel intraoral. Por otra parte, la variedad plexiforme es todavía menos frecuente. Desde el punto de vista clínico, se manifiestan como lesiones anodinas, con escasa sintomatología, que cuando aparece es derivada de la compresión nerviosa. En nuestro caso el tumor era asintomático salvo por el tamaño. Radiológicamente no existe una imagen definitiva. Tiene relación con determinados síndromes poliglandulares y facomatosis. Šis dokuments apraksta kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros izstrādāto projektu pārvaldības sistēmu “Specomatic”. Sistēmas izveide veikta digitālās aģentūras vajadzībām, lai atvieglotu projektu vadītāju darbu, sastādot projektu tāmes un veicot to uzskaiti. Galvenais tās pienesums projektu pārvaldībā ir laika ietaupījums un identisku darbību veikšanas samazinājums, vienkāršojot un standartizējot projektu tāmēšanas procesu un automātiski veidojot gala dokumentus. Sistēma realizēta kā tīmekļa vietne, tās izstrādei izmantota PHP programmēšanas valoda ar Laravel 4 ietvaru sistēmas servera puses izstrādei.
Motion perception in early glaucoma

Purpose: The aim of our study was to underline the changes in the movement perception for early glaucoma. Our working hypothesis consisted in inquiring if the impairment of the magnocellular pathway may modify the movement perception capabilities in the visual field, more particularly in its peripheral area.Methods: We included 14 healthy subjects and 14 patients with early primary open angle glaucoma. Purpose: To describe the distribution of intraocular pressure (IOP) and central corneal thickness (CCT) in an old French population. Methods: About 9000 individuals 65 years and older were included in the 3C cohort study since 1999 in 3 French cities (Bordeaux, Dijon and Montpellier). In Dijon, an additional ophthalmic examination was performed 10 years after the initial inclusions to assess the relation between systemic age-related diseases and eye diseases in the MONTRACHET Study (Maculopathy Optic Nerve nuTRition neurovAsCular and HEarT diseases).
