Public Administration is in an era of change. This paper studies one under-researched part of public administration, the executive arms of International Governmental Organizations (IGOs). These are referred to as International Executives (IEs) and provide a conceptual mapping and empirical illustrations of three important dynamics of IEs – intergovernmental, supranational and transgovernmental dynamics. Celem tego artykułu jest przybliżenie podstaw współczesnej teologii moralnej w oparciu o wypowiedzi Urzędu Nauczycielskiego Kościoła, wyrażone w dokumentach Papieskiej Komisji Biblijnej. Chodzi tu zwłaszcza o cztery ostatnie publikacje: Interpretacja Biblii w Kościele (1993), Naród żydowski i jego Święte Pisma w Biblii chrześcijańskiej (2001), Biblia a moralność. The concept / institution of the Commissioner for Children ' 'Pare d'Òrfens' appears for the first time in Valencia with Law 12/2008 on Protection of Children and Adolescents. The purpose of this article is to inform readers of the existence of this concept / institution, analysing the regulatory development that has taken place and comparing its performance with other similar concepts/institutions existing in other Spanish regions, in order to critically assess the work done in recent years. To close the paper, we give a number of conclusions drawn after completing the research on this concept / institution, including several general recommendations in the form of constructive criticism.

Dla rozwoju ruchu ekumenicznego potrzeba modeli określających możliwości jednoczenia się chrześcijan. Dialogi ekumeniczne pokazują, że w prawie każdym Kościele chrześcijańskim wyobrażenia o jedności są różne. Z problemem braku jednej wizji jedności łączy się drugi – brak jednego pojęcia Kościoła, a przynajmniej brak takiego jego rozumienia, które byłoby akceptowane przez wszystkich chrześcijan. Trzeci problem związany jest z dwoma poprzednimi i dotyczy ekumenicznej hermeneutyki, która jest uzależniona od różnych eklezjalnych modeli jedności.
