AbstractThe idea and concept of inclusive education have been debated, and different interpretations of what inclusion means and to whom it concerns have been presented. In this paper, we bring together notions of inclusive quality education, pedagogy, learning and teachers, and illustrate how the principle(s) of inclusion(s) has been enacted and translated into classroom practices in Finnish context. Drawing from Finnish teachers’ narratives, we highlight successful, small-scale and creative pedagogical arrangements and teachers’ sensitivity to recognize and commit to responding to the needs of diverse learners. Hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapiaa on käytetty laajasti erilaisten psyykkisten ongelmien hoidossa, niin aikuisilla kuin lapsilla. Viimeaikaisista tutkimuksista HOT:n periaatteiden soveltamisesta nukkumisongelmien ja unettomuuden hoitoon on saatu lupaavia tuloksia. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää ryhmämuotoisen Hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapian vaikutuksia unettomuuden hoidossa. Tutkimukseen osallistuneista 32 henkilöä kuului koeryhmään ja 33 tutkittavaa kontrolliryhmään. Aktywność seksualna w wieku senioralnym jest formą wyrażania uczuć i bliskości, ale również wzajemnej lojalności i zaufania. Ma również właściwości prozdrowotne. The article introduces four case studies from Wales, France and Finland and explores the situated, intergenerational and dynamic nature of collective participation in child welfare settings. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between happiness at work and cross-selling performance in the banking sector. In addition, the mediating effect of service-skill use is analyzed in the relationship between happiness at work and performance. Confirmatory factor analysis is used by means of structural equation models to assess the relationship between happiness at work, service-skill use, and cross-selling performance. A sample of 492 financial service employees is examined. Results reveal that happiness at work positively and directly affects cross-selling performance. In sport organizations, a stance aimed at creating a positive emotional and social climate may be necessary. This study examines athletes' individual psychosocial factors that are linked to sports practice and sports performance. These factors include individual motivation, emotions, and beliefs. The main objective is to create a hierarchy of emotional and motivational factors that sport organizations can use to increase athletes' commitment. Since the ATMPs are at the forefront of scientific innovation in medicine, specific regulatory framework has been developed for these medicines and implemented from 2009.
