El artículo ofrece una perspectiva para el estado de la cuestión del estudio de la fiesta en España, desde la sociología y la antropología. Se constata cómo tras algunos trabajos pioneros, la fiesta se convierte en objeto legítimo de estudio durante la década de los ochenta y los noventa. Las transformaciones experimentadas por el ritual festivo en condiciones de modernidad se plasman en una diversificación de metodologías y en un viraje epistemológico. En este artículo examinaré cómo un número de artistas y poetas de la vanguardia latinoamericana que vivían en el exilio pasaron a formar parte del grupo Fluxus, una constelación internacional de artistas cuyas ideas revitalizaron el concepto de vanguardia después de la guerra. Esta constelación devino una colaboración activa a partir de las producciones de Beau Geste Press, una editorial independiente fundada en Devon (Reino Unido) en 1971, activa hasta 1976. Nationalism and Power behind the Communitarian Premises: a Critique from Habermas’ Cosmopolitanism

In order to endorse political cosmopolitanism we will undertake a critical analysis of the main four premises that support communitarianism: the ontological one, the instrumental one, the ethical one, and the moral-psychological one (1). Then, we warn that communitarianism usually serves as support for nationalist theoretical proposals that just care about the socio-economic interests of their own countries (2). In response to communitarianism, we offer some answers from a cosmopolitan moral approach. However, we conclude that this approach is also insufficient (3). Patriotism and pluralism: identification and compliance in the post-national polity

The paper discusses the identity-building power and motivational force of patriotism. The basic idea underlying the discussion is that far from being a mere irrational and destructive force, patriotism is an expression of ‘existing human social identity.’ Thus, it argues that rather than dismissing patriotism altogether as an undesirable and/or irrational phenomenon, we need to understand how to discriminate between alternative forms of patriotism while investigating what constitutional reforms might be required to support those forms of patriotic identification that are morally desirable. Uno de los problemas a los cuales se ha enfrentado la filosofía contemporánea, es lograr materializar sus postulados; de allí, que el presente artículo muestra un análisis crítico del liberalismo y el comunitarismo a partir del análisis de sus conceptos y principios rectores como modelos políticos filosóficos. Al finalizar, el trabajo formula una respuesta material al fenómeno propuesto, a través de la construcción de un modelo integrador que toma en consideración, los diferentes contrastes de la realidad actual que tienen las sociedades.

Maģistra darbā „Mūsdienu garīgums. Santjago ceļa pieredzes” tiek pētīts, kā svētceļnieki piedzīvo Santjago ceļu. Pētījuma mērķis ir aprakstīt, kā tiek skaidrots un piedzīvots Santjago ceļa gars/garīgums un kas svētceļniekiem liek dēvēt Santjago ceļa veikšanu par vienreizēju un īpašu dzīves pieredzi, ņemot vērā to, ka „mūsdienu svētceļniekam” reliģiskā piederība nav svarīga. Darbā aprakstītie Santjago ceļa aspekti ir: atrautība, Santjago ceļa organizatoriskā struktūra, kopība svētceļnieku starpā. Darbā atklājas, ka Santjago ceļa garīgums tiek skaidrots tajā, ka svētceļnieki svētceļojumu saprot un piedzīvo kā Ceļu uz sevi.

"Unter dem Etikett der 'Kommunitarismusdebatte' wird seit einigen Jahren der Umgang mit Differenz und die Integration unterschiedlicher Bevölkerungsgruppen in ein demokratisches politisches System kontrovers diskutiert. Der Streit zwischen 'Kommunitaristen' und 'Liberalen' entzündet sich üaber die Grundlagen der modernen Demokratie. Vereinfacht gründet sich für die Kommunitaristen Demokratie zuerst auf Gemeinschaft und für die Liberalen zuerst auf Gerechtigkeit. THE IMPACT OF THE FUTURE COMMUNITARIAN BUDGET ON THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY

The main purpose of the Common Agricultural Policy was oriented towards production, within a short time span, due to massive subsidies from 2/3 of the communitarian budget. At this time the main objective of the Common Agricultural Policy is to reach quality, ecologic and food safety parameters, for which only 1/3 of the communitarian budget is allocated. The Common Agricultural Policy is supported by members with developed agricultural sectors, but also by states in Central and Eastern Europe, which have difficulties in this sector. The communitarian budget subsidizes the two main pillars of agriculture: "direct payments" and "rural development".

W artykule przedstawione zostały koncepcje ochrony praw jednostki oparte na odwołaniu do pewnych procesów społecznych lub konkretnych uwarunkowań kulturowych. Przedstawione wizje ochrony jednostki (solidarystyczna, kommunitariańska oraz pragmatyczna Rorty'ego) odrzucały uzasadnienie ochrony praw człowieka oparte na legitymacji filozoficznej (oświeceniowy uniwersalizm praw jednostki) lub pozytywistycznej (treści aktów prawnych zawierające przepisy chroniące prawa człowieka).
