Grazie a numerosi studi di filosofia e di pedagogia fenomeno logica, il nome di Edith Stein oggi viene legato con relativa facilità allo studio dell’empatia. È ormai noto infatti come, dopo aver seguito le lezioni di Husserl a Gottinga, questa studiosa desiderosa di avvicinarsi alla verità dell’anima umana e dell’esistenza personale, abbia conseguito nel 1917 il dottorato con una tesi dal titolo "Il problema dell’empatia". Questo scritto, in effetti, rappresenta l’avvio di un ulteriore percorso di approfondimento che dallo sguardo sulla realtà della persona, conduce Edith Stein anche al riconoscimento dell’importanza dei legami comunitari.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the context of residential communities for young offenders (Part I) and to analyze the influence of social representations in adolescents and educators (Part II). The first part offers two levels of study on adolescents and on the organizational structure of the community. Glow-worms in the night. Street prostitutions and prevention projects - Traditionaly, sexual-work conflict and street partnership have been studied separately. This study examined the impact of sexual-work conflict and health. The results show that there are a significant relationship between sexual-work conflict and health especially with inter-role conflict.
