An einer Stichprobe von 9310 einheimischen westfalischen Schulern wurde die Frage sozialer Unterschiede in der Verteilung der ABO-, MN- und Rh-Faktoren untersucht. Wahrend sich fur die Genotypen und Gene des MN-Systems keine sozialen Haufigkeitsunterschiede ergaben, konnten solche fur das ABO- und Rh-System nachgewiesen werden, und zwar bedingt durch ein signifikantes Abweichen der Arbeitergruppe von den ubrigen Sozialgruppen. Die moglichen, im bevolkerungsgeschichtlichen Bereich liegenden Ursachen hierfur wurden diskutiert. Czytelnik poznaje odrębne uwarunkowania historyczne tej ziemi, następnie rolę modlitewnika Droga do nieba w kształtowaniu religijności Ślązaków, a także znaczenie Góry Świętej Anny i innych miejsc pielgrzymkowych w tym procesie. Tekst prezentuje też specyfikę życia sakramentalnego oraz roku liturgicznego praktykowane przez wiernych diecezji opolskiej.

Two vastly dierent historical stages in wealth creation are the traditional one based on agriculture during past millennia, and the one based on science research in our present globalizing knowledge society. Searches for transverse momentum dependent flow vector fluctuations in Pb-Pb and p-Pb collisions at the LHC

The measurement of azimuthal correlations of charged particles is presented for Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=$ 2.76 TeV and p-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=$ 5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. These correlations are measured for the second, third and fourth order flow vector in the pseudorapidity region $|��|<0.8$ as a function of centrality and transverse momentum $p_{\rm T}$ using two observables, to search for evidence of $p_{\rm T}$-dependent flow vector fluctuations. Human papillomavirus (HPV) in oral carcinoma (OSCC) and potentially malignant disorders (OPMD) is controversial. The primary aim was to calculate pooled risk estimates for the association of HPV with OSCC and OPMD when compared with healthy oral mucosa as controls. We also examined the effects of sampling techniques on HPV detection rates. Methods: Systematic review was performed using PubMed (January 1966-September 2010) and EMBASE (January 1990-September 2010). In recent years, studies with animal models of reward, such as the intracranial self-stimulation, self-administration, and conditioned place preference paradigms, have increased our knowledge on the neurochemical substrates of the rewarding effects of 3,4-methylenedioxymetamphetamine (MDMA) in rodents. However, pharmacological and neuroimaging studies with human participants are scarce.
