Abstract Since the latest Oligocene–earliest Miocene the building of the Sicilian fold and thrust belt has been accompanied by development of a “peripheral” foreland basin system which migrated toward the foreland. In north-western Sicily, the sedimentary record of the foreland basin system migration is represented by a stratigraphic succession made up of several lithostratigraphic units, bounded by regional unconformity surfaces, deposited recording at least four main sedimentary phases, each characterized by the development of different types of syntectonic basins. The Rocca Busambra ridge in western Sicily is a shallow to pelagic Meso-Cenozoic carbonate structural unit of the Sicilian fold and thrust belt with a variety of tectono-sedimentary features. Palaeofaults, unconformities (buttress unconformity, onlap, downlap), a network of neptunian dykes with several infilling generations, several large hiatuses, different facies and lateral facies changes, and erosional submarine and subaerial surfaces are observed. Il capitolo affronta la nuova disciplina della vendita di beni materiali di consumo, introdotta in recepimento della dir. 2019/771. Lo studio approfondisce il tema della violazione del contratto a causa del difetto di conformità del bene, inquadrando la disciplina riformata nel quadro del dibattito sulla natura giuridica del vincolo del venditore di beni di consumo. Dallo studio emerge confermata la qualificazione di tale vincolo come garanzia. Extensional deformations during Neogene chain building in Sicily

ABSTRACT In the Madonie-Nebrodi Mts (Northern Sicily belt) both Mesozoic carbonate platform/basin-derived deformed successions and Neogene foredeep deposits outcrop. Thrust sheets piled-up southwards in thin-skin piggy-back sequence. The chain building process began during the Oligo-Miocene. The syntectonic deposits involved in the compressional tectonics give evidence that syn-sedimentary extensional faults developed during fold nucleation and amplification. Syn-sedimentary extensional faults affect the foredeep strata at different stratigraphic levels, which are bounded by unconformities. Jauniešu delinkventas uzvedības biežuma saistība ar bērna pārraudzību un pielāgošanos vienaudžiem

Jauniešu delinkvence, tās sekas uz sabiedrību un jauniešu veselību, un labklājību vienmēr ir bijuši nozīmīgi temati. Kā arī delinkvences veicinošie riska faktori, kas attiecas uz jaunieša apkārtējo vidi – ģimene un vienaudžu ietekme. Bakalaura mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas saistības ir starp delinkventu uzvedību ar bērna pārraudzību un pielāgošanos vienaudžiem jauniešu izlasē vecumā 14 – 18 gadiem. Pētījuma izlasi veido 133 jaunieši (M vecums = 16,2). Izlasi pārstāvēja 74 meitenes un 59 zēni. Šī darba ietvaros tika izmantotas trīs pētījuma metodes: Vienaudžu pielāgošanās aptauja, Vecāku pārraudzības aptauja un Delinkventas uzvedības biežuma aptauja.
