Tax havens and tax flight have lately received increasing attention, while interest toward multilateral trade policies has somewhat diminished. We argue that more attention needs to be paid exactly to the interrelations between trade and tax policies. Drawing from two case studies on Panama's trade disputes, we show how World Trade Organization (WTO) rules can be used both to resist attempts to sanction secrecy structures and to promote measures against tax flight. Artykuł prezentuje wartości konstytucyjne narażone na pogwałcenie ze strony rozwiązań wykorzystujących AI. W oparciu o metodę dogmatyczno-prawną poddano analizie poglądy polskiego prawa konstytucyjnego od przemian z 1989 r. W badaniu wpływu AI na przyjęte wartości wykorzystano literaturę przedmiotu, głównie z lat 2017–2020. Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja istotnych wartości konstytucyjnych narażonych na zagrożenia wynikające z rozwoju AI. Spośród wielu wartości konstytucyjnych wykazano, że kluczowe są godność człowieka oraz rządy prawa i demokracja jako najbardziej narażone na ingerencję ze strony AI. Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje problematykę znaczenia wartości bezpieczeństwa prawnego – jej formalnych i materialnych aspektów - w świetle instytucjonalnych przemian ładu normatywnego i w kontekście aksjologii współczesnego konstytucjonalizmu. Wartość bezpieczeństwa prawnego stanowi jeden z fundamentów demokratycznego państwa. Refleksja konstytucyjna nie odwołująca się do wartości bezpieczeństwa prawnego, jak również nie wskazująca możliwych konsekwencji pomijania tej wartości jako konstruującej ład normatywny może prowadzić do destrukcji tego dyskursu.

Background. Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma (SMZL) is a rare indolent B-cell lymphoma characterized by a massive splenomegaly and a moderate lymphocytosis. There is no standard of care for SMZL so far. The treatment is indicated if constitutional symptoms, massive splenomegaly and/or cytopenia, after a watch and wait period that is highly variable. Abstract Background: Although ruxolitinib (RUX) reduces constitutional symptoms and splenomegaly in myelofibrosis (MF) therapy options for anemia are limited. In our prior MPNSG-0109 trial of pomalidomide (POM) in MF with cytopenia, anemia responses were reported in 14% and 29% of subjects receiving POM 0.5 mg/d and 2 mg/d, respectively (Schlenk RF et al., ASH 2013, abstract #2822). Dirigée par Bertholdo Klinger, elle popularisa la thèse du pouvoir conservateur des militaires, moins sous l’angle constitutionnel que sous l’aspect social, du fait des interférences du « pouvoir spirituel » du positivisme comtien.
