Le vignoble du Couchois en Bourgogne rejoint aujourd'hui les vignobles en renaissance. Il fait partie des « nouveaux petits vignobles de Bourgogne », tels qu'ils ont été récemment définis en France et en Europe. Nous traitons donc dans cette contribution des caractères actuels de ce vignoble du Couchois, vignoble de marges , puis nous tentons de montrer en quoi son histoire permet d'établir un certain nombre d'ancrages historiques pour son identification à venir, fondés sur ses différentes appartenances et sur les différents acteurs de la vigne et du vin qui l'entourent.

The problem of artistic destruction and its reconstruction has been little studied. Using a microhistorical analysis method, we study the town of Lliria (Valencia) and its brotherhood of ?La Sang de Jesucrist? (had a great heritage from the 16th to the 19th centuries), and we also analyze how and why this destruction and reconstruction was generated during the context of the civil war. We use and combine different sources (public of the ?Causa General? and private of the ?Minute Books?) for this research, with the intention of specifying the analysis of this complex process. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

W prezentowanym tekście odnoszę się do szeregu moich badań związanych z migracją kobiet. Podejmując się analizy teoretycznej tych badań sięgam do teorii roli jako narzędzia do wyjaśnienia zjawisk. Modyfikuję ją poprzez dodanie innych, pozaludzkich (non-humans) partnerów roli, wobec których rola migrantki jest konstruowana i odgrywana. W efekcie tego przekształcenia teoretycznego ustalam, że istnieje większa liczba partnerów roli, co jest ruchem symetrycznym wobec tego, jaki wykonał Bruno Latour. Wyjazd za granicę nie rozwiązuje konfliktu między rolami rodzinnymi a zawodowymi kobiet; może go jedynie nasilać. 1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. Brief description of the object of study The competition of the Palace of Justice in Rome takes place in four phases between 1884 and 1887. The project for the first competition in 1884 drawn up by the then very young Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932) reveals a great deal of design expertise that transforms the complex functional program into an austere building in neo-florentine style. The original drawings of the building not realized kept in the Basile Endowment of the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo have been the subject of preliminary study to the phases of analysis interpretation and conceptual reconstruction of the digital model. 2. Drivers’ experiences during floods: Investigating the psychological influences underpinning decisions to avoid driving through floodwater

Abstract A major risk factor for many flood-related drownings is driving through floodwater. We aimed to understand Australian drivers’ experiences and beliefs with respect to avoid driving through floodwater using the theory of planned behaviour as a framework. Study 1 (N = 23) used a qualitative design to gain an in-depth understanding of individuals’ experiences with driving through floodwater. Study 2 (N = 157) used a survey-based design to identify the factors related to this behaviour including knowledge, beliefs, and social-cognitive factors. In the ?barri del mercat?, in the city of Valencia and very close to its Lonja, there is a building complex which is the object of this study. The research, carried out from the simple field of toponymy, to the constructive analysis, lead us to suppose that it is the building of the Valencian trade union of cloth-shearers. It can be seen how the building now camouflaged by other subsequent interventions, corresponds to a type that cannot be related to those usually built in the city of Valencia.
