En esta tesis doctoral se desarrolló en el entorno de la economía verde y el reciclaje de residuos alimentarios estudiando diferentes técnicas de extracción no convencionales. En primer lugar, se aislaron polifenoles de matrices complejas producto del desperdicio de alimentos, como son las hojas de Moringa oleifera, mediante extracción asistida por ultrasonidos (UAE). The value of CT, conventional radiography and ultrasound was compared in 40 patients with 52 skeletal metastases. For superficial lesions, the combination of sonography and conventional radiography was equivalent to CT in showing the extent of bone destruction and soft tissue involvement. As expected sonography was unsatisfactory for deeper lesions. Sonography can provide useful information for planning radiation therapy for superficial lesions, but it does not replace conventional radiography.

El convento de San José en Valencia, construido junto al Portal Nuevo y la muralla entre 1609 y 1628, constituye una muestra destacable de la arquitectura clasicista desornamentada de procedencia castellana. La presencia de fray Ambrosio Mariano de San Benito, antiguo colaborador de Teresa de Jesús, en la fundación de los conventos de San José y de San Felipe Apóstol de Valencia, puede ser la clave de la introducción de tos modelos arquitectónicos de tos primeros conventos de la reforma carmetitana en Valencia. Se incluye el catálogo de las pinturas, esculturas y cerámicas que se conservaban en la iglesia. (A)

Background Recent improvement in clinical skills, technology and hardware has resulted in improved success rates with chronic total occlusion (CTO) percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We performed a study level pooled analysis from the five largest registries of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of CTO. Research design and methods We conducted pooled analysis of 9500 patients in registries and data on procedural characteristics, technical success, and MACCE was collected. The Dark Side of Value Co-Creation: The Example of French Commercial Architecture

Innovation is a network activity where different actors collaborate. An ethnographic survey of the French commercial architecture industry highlights the ambivalence of this co-production process. The results identify the sources of co-creation and co-destruction related both to the motivations of the actors and their interactions and examines their consequences. Retailers are encouraged to reposition themselves as project leaders, responsible for both assigning roles and mediating between the creative and technical functions. The development of new communication platforms to overcome interpretive biases between the diverse set of actors is also recommended.
