Iesaistes darbā saistība ar stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām

Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot iesaistes darbā un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju saistības un kuras abu mainīgo skalas ir ciešāk savstarpēji saistītas. Kādas stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijas tiek izvēlētas pie lielākas iesaistes darbā. Pētījumā piedalījās 73 respondenti: 52 sievietes un 21 vīrietis, vecumā no 23-50 gadiem. Tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin, onko stressinhallintakeinoilla (tilanteen muuttaminen, mukautuminen, uudelleenarviointi, oireiden vähentäminen ja välttely) yhteyttä vanhemmuustyytyväisyyteen ja onko yhteys samanlaista korkean ja matalan vanhemmuuden stressin tilanteessa. Smith and colleagues developed the Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) to assess the individual ability to recover from stress despite significant adversity. This study aimed to validate the German version of the BRS. Research indicates that both cognitive appraisal and personal resources can noticeably influence health behaviors, as individuals modify their health convictions and practices on the basis of threat appraisal, personality, and meaning. The aim of the current study was to investigate whether coping strategies and meaning-making can serially mediate the relationship of threat appraisal and resilience with health behaviors in recovered COVID-19 patients.
