Osaamisen arviointi on tärkeä osa terveysalan laatua. Fysioterapeuttien itsearvioidut näkemykset fysioterapian työn osa-alueiden osaamisesta tukevat ammatillisen laadun kehittymisen prosessia. Itsearvioinnin päätarkoituksena on kehittää ammatillista osaamista läpi työuran ja tämän kautta taata potilaille laadukas fysioterapia sekä mahdollistaa fysioterapeuttien uran eteneminen. Tutkimuksia fysioterapeuttien ydinosaamisesta on tehty, mutta siitä tarvitaan yhä lisätutkimusta. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt tīmekļa lietotni programmēšanas kursiem, kurā lietotāji var paplašināt savas zināšanas, izmantojot tekstuālus, video materiālus un zināšanu pārbaudes jautājumus. Kursu veidotāji spēj izveidot un pārvaldīt savus kursus un to saturu, ka arī spēj izveidot jaunus dažādu tipu materiālus. Programmatūras koda izstrāde tika veikta izmantojot ASP.NET Core tīmekļa ietvaru, kā arī JQuery un Bootstrap bibliotēkas. Lietotāju datu pārvaldībai un lietotāju pieteikšanai tiek izmantota ASP.NET Core Identity saskarnes funkcionalitāte.

A simple and prompt method to determine the mechanical properties of industrial multilayer extrusion polypropylene pipes for a gravity sewer network is suggested. The engineering formulas included for calculating the permissible thickness and relative position of a foam core in the pipes are based on a linear-elastic approximation and the rule of mixtures. The applicability of the approximation was justified experimentally during investigation of the effective tensile characteristics of single- and multilayer pipes and each layer specimen by using traditional tests and finite-element calculations. The maxilla rarely undergoes necrosis due to its rich vascularity. Maxillary necrosis can occur due to bacterial infections such as osteomyelitis, viral infections such as herpes zoster or fungal infections such as mucormycosis, aspergillosis etc. Mucormycosis is an opportunistic fulminant fungal infection, which mainly infects immunocompromised patients. The infection begins in the nose and paranasal sinuses due to inhalation of fungal spores. The infection can spread to orbital and intracranial structures either by direct invasion or through the blood vessels.
