This essay focuses on a recent development in Italian family law with respect to stepchild adoption in cases involving same-sex couples. Resorting to arguments of both the continuity of the affective relationship and the best interests of the child, courts have been willing to permit adoptions in these cases under Article 44 of L. 184/1983 (“Adoption Act”), which provides for “adoption in particular cases” (“APC”). Daher werden hier kurzfristige Wohlstandsveränderungen von Familien (hinsichtlich verfügbarem Haushaltseinkommen und Äquivalenzeinkommen) rund um die Geburt eines Kindes in längsschnittlicher Perspektive analysiert und auf ihre Ursachen untersucht. A methodology based on inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) after microwave assisted acid digestion has been developed to determine the trace element content of Moroccan argan oil. Limit of detection values equal or lower than few mg/kg were obtained for all elements under study. To assure the accuracy of the whole procedure, recovery studies were carried out on argan oil samples spiked at different concentration levels from 10 to 200 µg/L. International audience; The transfer of small analytes in a multiphasic stirred fruit yoghurt model, made of a pectin gel aimed to mimic fruit pieces and of a dairy gel done with milk acidified by glucono-δ-lactone hydrolysis, have been studied. The concentration gradients between the pectin gel and the dairy gel were the driving force for the migration of small analytes (i.e. water, protons and colorants). Water migrated from the dairy to the pectin gel, causing modifications in the water content of both gels and an equilibration of their water activity at 0.938±0.003.
