BRACHIAL PLEXUS: CONSIDERATIONS AFTER A CADAVERIC STUDY

During the summer of 2016, a group of students from the University of Palermo attending the second year of medicine school took part in a four week course of Whole Cadaveric Dissection at the University of Malta. Within this project, we students worked on a male cadaver by using a surgical kit, taking care to record everything with pictures and videos. Saistvārdi ir svarīgas savienošanas ierīces, kas veicina ideju loģisku sakārtošanu tekstos un rindkopās, un emuāros par komrcdarbību saskaņotības saglabāšana ir tikpat svarīga kā jebkuros citos tekstos. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt saistvārdu lietošanu piecu visvērtīgāko 2018. gada zīmolu (Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft un Facebook) rakstos un ierakstos par komercdarbību. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, kā pētniecības metode tika izvēlēta diskursa analīze. Saistvārdi tika noteikti un analizēti, un analīzes rezultāti liecina, ka emuāros par komercdarbību visbiežāk sastopamā saistvārdu kategorija ir pievienošanas / salīdzināšanas kategorija, un visbiežāk izmantotais saist vārds ir arī.

The aim of the study was to analyze sleep duration and behaviors in relation to psychological parameters in children and adolescents with obesity seeking inpatient weight-loss treatment in comparison to normal-weight children, and whether or not these variables would improve during the time course of treatment. Media’s portrayal of CAM: Exploring 40 years of narratives and meanings in public discourse

The media are a key element in being able to assess how the climate of public opinion regarding Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAM) has evolved over the years. The aim of this study is to explore the variation of the media representations along 40 years (1979–2018) in Spanish newspapers to assess if the press has contributed to legitimise, delegitimise or maintain the status quo of these therapies. Visualising knowledge from chat debates in argument diagrams

This study investigates whether combining chat discussion and construction of an argument diagram stimulates students to formulate new ideas in practising argumentation. In this study, 16 secondary school students discussed vivisection and gender equality in pairs using both free and structured chat tools. In structured chat, the students selected and completed partial sentences provided by the computer. PurposeThe present study aims to examine girls' perception of gender roles and gender identities in Hong Kong.Design/methodology/approachA total of 16 girls aged 10 to 12 were asked to take pictures from the media that could illustrate “what girls or women should or should not be; and what girls or women should or should not do”. The purpose of this article is to write a short guide on the macroscopic anatomy of the stomach, describing its structures, its relationships within the abdominal cavity and the dissection methods used during the internship performed by a group of students from the University of Palermo, Palermo, Italy, at the University of Malta, Msida, Malta, during the summer of 2018.
