Le modifiche apportate al delitto di traffico d’influenze illecite ad opera della legge n. 3/2019 hanno accentuato il deficit di determinatezza che già caratterizzava la fattispecie sin dalla sua introduzione, delineando un modello di incriminazione incapace di selezionare le condotte di intermediazione penalmente rilevanti distinguendole dalla attività di lobbying consentita. Celem badań przedstawionych w niniejszym artykule było zdiagnozowanie miejsca oraz ram interpretacyjnych (framingu) zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem w debatach przedwyborczych. Analizie poddane zostały debaty telewizyjne, które odbyły się w miastach wojewódzkich przed wyborami samorządowymi z 2014 r. oraz parlamentarnymi z 2015 r. Prezentowane badania pokazują zasadnicze zróżnicowanie, zarówno jeśli chodzi o obecność kwestii bezpieczeństwa w debacie na poziomie krajowym ^lokalnym, jak i narracji stosowanej w odniesieniu do poszczególnych typów bezpieczeństwa.

Ilse Langner's drama "Iphigenie und Orest (1977 manuscript) pivots on a historical sequence of events: war, rescue and exile, merciless revenge after the war. Why is the plot set in a Greek mythological setting? The use of myth considerably extends the frame of references, which in turn necessarily surpasses documentary correctness. The dramatist already provided a world model to the dramatist of the Atreidean myth, which focuses on basic questions of violence-stricken human existence (while Goethe formed Iphigenie as a model of humanitarianism that overcomes violence). Langner's Anti-Iphigenie shows the spiral of violence as a challenge for the post-idealist 20th century.

A woman who killed or intended to kill her husband is the main character in two novels belonging to the Realist movement. Both the protagonists have the same given name: Therese. Zola’s Therese Raquin is a “real” killer, incapable of winning the “physiological” influence of her nervous temperament, her cowardice and hypocrisy, while Mauriac’s Therese Desqueyroux, whose criminal intentions failed, is a mysterious person whose main problem is her incompatibility with her milieu. Both novels show a criminal woman as the opposite of the accepted model of womanliness.
